Yep, just look in the mirror, dumba$$.

By: gdiafante on 2/19/13 at 1:44

Yeah, and we're still waiting on your definition of coarse, dimwit...lol

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 1:44

Nemo.. Professor Slacker will not accept penniless morons, into the hallowed halls of A Beatin' Academy.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 1:47

Of coarse/course yogi has to comeback with a lame comeback.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 1:50

If yogi was to look into a mirror, would he see a Blank look or the Village Idiot?

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 1:52

Well Professor that leaves out Raspy old boy too.

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 1:58

Visiting Colleagues to include:
Professor Loner.. lecturing on: ''The Ghosts Of The Erie Canal''
Professor BenDover.. lecturing on religion: ''Your all going to hell unless''
Professor Brrrrk.. lecturing on: ''I was reincarnated as Samuel Gompers''

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 2:00

I have NO idea what this question pertains to.
Weather Report for the Bay Area:
COLD front from Alaska (S. Palin) has dropped our 71 degrees to 50 and rain.
But, we need the water to wash our Porsches, Mercedes, Lexus, BMWs.
The San Jose Sharks have lost 7 in a row...

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 2:08

Just hopped over to The Tennessean (Hitler's favorite paper)...Paul McCartney signed on to Bonaroo! Isn't he like 71 and doesn't he have a billion liquid?
Relax, Sir Paul. You, the Stones, The Who are ALL in your 70's. Half the original members are dead.
And, who in the hell are Mumford & Sons? They signed on, too.

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 2:10

Mumford won a Grammy darge... English group.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 2:15

The Lumineers will be there too.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 2:18

The Ghost of the Erie Canal is a real dull subject, but Loner will Jazz it up.

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 2:25

I learn something new.. every time Loner lectures Nemo.
Strangely the academy halls reeks of weed after the lecture... hmmmm

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 2:35

You should seat in on one of his lectures....cheap buzz.

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 2:38

BenDover.. thinks no one notices the flask in his back pocket.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 2:39

Oh I see that you have been to one of his lectures. I just open an snail mail from him and now I'm happy.

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 2:41

I never use one myself. I go commando.

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 2:41

By: slacker on 2/19/13 at 2:45

Nemo. gotta go to happy hour.. and work on the curriculum.
See ya later

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 2:47

I agreed to the definitions if I was given an answer to my side of the "argument", gdiafante. I'm still waiting.

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 3:04

I never appreciated "Lady Antebellum" or the "Rick Brown Band".
The groups coming out of Nashville lately are worse than the grunge scene in the 80's.
Taylor Swift? How many guys has she slept with to write all these songs about love and break-ups? At 25.
At least The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Who, and Led Zepplin GOT LAID...alot. They invented the term, "groupie".
I know they're all men in their early 20's, but isn't is a little unseemly for late teenies like Swift, Underwood, that cater to pre-teens, to be experts on relationships, sex and love?
In the same vein, Justin Bieber has all these super models and is only 17.
At least David Cassidy was around 20 when he had all the girls.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 3:08

I'm sure I don't understand the nuances of constitutional law the same as you, B2. I just read the laws that were put in the Constitution by our founders in simple language. Laws that were put in the Constitution to guide us in the best way to live in our nation.

And I haven't read in it anywhere yet that justifies a British subject to be a natural born citizen of this nation.

Can you refer me to that paragraph and what page I will find it?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 3:14

yogi, you can't comprehend that Obama was born in HI and you can't execute proper grammar. You sir, are a sh!thead.

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 3:34

I'd highly recommend everyone watch HBO's Bill Mahr episode where he skewers The Donald's $5. million lawsuit against him...over his disputing Obama was born in Hawaii.
It's on YouTube by now. It's hilarious. Hint: Trump's lawyers provided Mahr Trump's which was a short form and had a "bar code"...in 1946 there were NO Bar Codes!
Also, Howard Stern's (YouTube) rant against "Birthers" and what a Hawaiian B.C. looks like ( vs. the Mainland) and what they are called. Hawaii became a State in 1958 about only 2.5 years before Obama was born. They didn't do everything like it was done in New York City or CA.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 3:39

The troll would rather repeat his idiotic mantra than admit that he is wrong or doesn't know something. Old Roy smacked that idiot child upside the head one too many times, but who could blame him?

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 3:41

Sorry, B2.

I might be s sh!thead to you and your fellow posters on this site, B2, but you are a bunch of damn fools to me.

Tell me, other than he said he was, how do you know Obama was born in Hawaii? Have you seen his legal birth certificate? I don't mean that fake he's been showing.

Have you not noticed the hospital he claims to have been born in won't acknowledge that information for the free advertising? Don't you know the hospital he claimed to have been born in didn't exist in 1961?

Why didn't the governor of Hawaii (who claimed to be an old family friend of his grandparents), do as he said he would and provide Obama's legitimate birth certificate the day he was sworn into office? You mean the governor couldn't find it, or order it to be presented?

And no, I can't comprehend Obama was born in Hawaii. Was he lying when he said he was born in Kenya. Was he falsely advertising he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii for 16 years?

Tell me, B2, just what do you actually know about your man Barry.? B2, you think you know it all but you don't even know the man's legal name.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 3:53

yogi, it's safe to say that you are an all-around sh1thead. You post the most idiotic things and then can't even figure out why they're wrong and why people are laughing so you start insulting everyone and going off on your stupid birther rant. Do you need me to "italianize" any of that?

By: bfra on 2/19/13 at 4:01

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 3:41

Yep, you got that right. You are sorry as hell! .

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 4:05

Sorry again, B2.

"Old Roy" never smacked me upside the head. He whipped me on my a$$ with a leather strap; and depending what he "whupped" me for determined how long I had to stand up before I could sit down.

Unfortunately, you didn't have a dad like mine. Yours let you believe anything you wanted to as a sucker.

And by the way, I'm still waiting on proof Barry is even an American citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 4:07

So, Trumps 1946 B.C. with a freakin' "Bar Code" is more real than Obama's which says, "Certificate of Live Birth"? " Birther's" are simply racists, without the disguise.
Mine from Detroit says as the title, "The Sorry Bastard Was Born Right Here"..."No, Not There, Over Here".

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 4:10

lol, dargent.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 4:10

The things I am posting are idiotic only to the idiots reading them, B2.

I'm still waiting on proof Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama was born a natural born citizen.

If he was, how did he regain it when he became am Indonesian citizen?

I'm sure one of you Obama fans has the answers; throw 'um at me.

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 4:12

Your posts are idiotic to people who understand proper grammar, yogi. How does one "italianize" something in a sentence? Could you please provide an example?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 4:13

How does one study a "coarse"?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 2/19/13 at 4:18

You should know that evidence is not stuff printed from the Internet.

To be fair, that is not something that is ever specifically covered in law school or on the bar exam. Mostly because the legal community just expects you to know this intuitively, but still. How is a crazy person supposed to just know that anonymous internet ramblings do not have the same probative value as, say, eye witness accounts or D.N.A.?

By: bfra on 2/19/13 at 4:47

yogi - Read & CRY!

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of the United States rejected a birther eligibility case against President Barack Obama. Docket No. 12A606 entitled Noonan v. Bowen is listed on the SCOTUS website. On Feb. 19, the nation's highest court stated:

Feb 19 2013 Application (12A606) denied by the Court.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 4:58

You're right, B2.

The "stuff" I have made my comments about came from the mouth of 'Barack Obama', the mouth of his wife, Michelle Obama, what I have heard on radio and seen on TV and what I read in his autobiography. So tell me, were they all lies? Was those fake TV shows I saw. Was that a fake autobiography I read?

I'm sure you have all of the answers, B2.

And while you're at it, can you explain why he questioned John McCain's natural born status but denied being questioned on his natural born status?

And can you explain why the Senate accepted McCain as a natural born citizen because both of his parents were American citizens?

By: bfra on 2/19/13 at 5:07

Goofus - Read the Supreme Court decesion! Your eggs didn't hatch chicken little.

By: dargent7 on 2/19/13 at 5:10

yogi: Watch Bill Maher's bit on Trump's lawsuit.
Explain how his nit-wit layer can submit a "short form" with a Bar Code not available in 1946 as proof.
Trump wants Obama's college transcripts. Like Harvard allows black men off the street to just come on in and teach Constitutional law....like Obama hadn't been vetted from Occidental to Columbia to Harvard on down the line with always providing transcripts.
Besides the fact Trump is "white", what's the fuc!in' difference in their provided "Certificate of Live Birth" certificates?
At least Obama's didn't have a Bar Code.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 5:11

That should scare the hell out of you, bfra. The Supreme Court has denied every case presented to it on Obama. Why have they refused to verify his natural born citizen status in the Supreme Court? They haven't said he is or isn't. Don't you wonder why?

The Supreme Court could make that definition a permanent fact. So why won't they?

Again, with a British subject his father, how can he be a natural born citizen?

Other judges have claimed they were going to "look into" cases presented to them but everyone has back off. Don't you ever wonder why?

I hope you all are ready for a communist dictator.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 5:30

Why do you think Obama placed his papers under 'lock and key' in his first EO when he was sworn in? Is he ashamed of them, or doesn't he want you to see the papers identifying him as a foreign student?

Now, if he was a foreign student, how could he be a natural born citizen?

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 5:50

What is scary is that yogi is running loose and no one to keep an eye on him.

By: bfra on 2/19/13 at 5:55

Nemo - What makes it even worse, the crazy loon brags about his gun & has even threatened people on this board with it. He definitely should be in some kind of guarded institute. He is totally looney!

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 6:42

Where in the hell did you come from. In what way have I bragged about my gun. Who did I threaten?

I believe you need to go to the nut house. Or is that where you're living now?

By: Captain Nemo on 2/19/13 at 7:23

Just about everyone on this board, you old goat.

By: Ask01 on 2/19/13 at 7:52

To steer us back to the actual theme, I believe all of us can agree the subject of education has been used since the start of public schools as a 'tear jerker' point by politicians when asking for money, say tax increases, for example.

We can all agree also, I think, that after some token spending to provide plausible deniability, the money will be spent on whatever strikes their political fancy.

In my humble opinion, however, scandalous sums of money can be spent mindlessly with no measurable improvement because a vital component of learning, rests with the student and the parents. The best teachers in the world, in the best facility, supplied with the best equipment can only provide the information and just so much encouragement. The onus is on the student and parents to work with the teacher. To quote a famous comedian, "You can't fix stupid."

Mayor Dean is, I am certain, along with local and state politicians, keenly aware of this. I may (and often do) question their ethics, but not their ability to sniff out money and scheme.

Bearing all that in mind, I suspect we find ourselves a captive audience to posturing and the political theater being played out.

The charter debacle must be about greasing someone's palm for profit at the expense of taxpayers. Mayor Dean's involvement is, I am certain, a move calculated to raise his stock in the state political machinery preparing to move onto greener pastures. In the same manner as the aliens in "Independence Day."

"Taking over the education of young children is the communist party's method of taking over a nation."

Here is yogi saying that the Republican party, who is try to take over the education of the young, is actually a Communist Party.

By: yogiman on 2/19/13 at 9:55

"They are native born, not natural born. If they were natural born citizens,an illegal alien woman could come into the US, have a baby, take it back to her homeland, let that child come back to the US at age 20, live here for 15 years and become president of the good old USA. "

No, they are natural born. A couple weeks ago I provided you with several court cases dealing with this subject. Had you read them, you would know that the scenario you outline is, in fact, a legal and real possibility.
