This guy is beyond disgusting.
Charged with 84 ethics violations and he brags that "I was exonerated" of 83 of them.
Paid a $300,000 fine? That one violation must of been a doosey.
His attitude toward the OWS crowd is that all they really need is "a bath and a job".
Received $1.6 million from Fannie & Freddie for "strategic advice", not as a lobbyist.
He and his current wife carried on an 6 year affair while Newty was hounding and humiliating President Clinton for his one night stand with Monica.
References his multiple affairs as, "I was working that hard for America".
He calls himself a "historian" like Thomas Jefferson though was refused that status.
Thinks he's above the crowd and Americans are really that stupid.
It doesn't get much worse than he as a dispicable human being.
I hope and pray to God Romney beats the hell out of him.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 5:17

If we go by his pass history, he will shoot himself soon.

By: Ummm... on 1/24/12 at 5:32

So now the Republican's choice is between Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney. I'd say it's a bad time to be a Republican.

By: dargent7 on 1/24/12 at 5:54

Ummm: I think Romney will do ok as the President. It's largely a ceremonial/ adversarial job. You constantly fight and bicker with 435 "members of Congress", all the while 50% +- of America hates your guts.
Seems like a good, decent fellow.
Gingrich and that Woody Woodpecker wife of his want to make me puke.

By: dargent7 on 1/24/12 at 5:55

Nemo: It was Clinton who had the bi-pass.
But, by the looks of Gingrich he's next in line.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 5:55

It is bad times for us all Ummm. The GOP has lost their footing and is dragging the whole country with them.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 5:58

shb past.

Thanks d7. lol

Good morning, Nashville.

Gingrich was screwing one of his aides, in his second wife's bed, by night, and impeaching Bill Clinton, for a blowjob, by day. Now that this is an admitted fact, how could anyone trust Gingrich with any job that required a modicum of decency and character?

The born-agains forgave the double-chinned casanova, because they are able to forgive their own; they are unable to forgive or forget transgressions and sins committed by liberals. They even forgave the "home-wrecker" who was screwing Newt and who is now his 3rd wife...they would make that slut "First Lady".

In other words, these "Christians" have accepted fifty percent of Christ's message...they love themselves, but not their enemies. They practice a Judeo dominated brand of Judeo-Christianity...an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth....divinely sanctioned genocide...racial superiority...perpetual holy war etc. That's Judaism today, not Christianity...they should convert to Judaism and make aliyah to Israel...one way trip!

Hypocrites love a fellow hypocrite....Newt could go all the way.

As for the Reneger-In-Chief, he's cracking down on leaks within the CIA and intelligence community. Instead of prosecuting those Americans who violated International Law, Obama is going after those who leaked the story to the press.

Read all about it:

The new boss is the same as the old boss. Obama must go.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 6:17

The Republican National anthem is onward hypocrite soldier, marching as to war.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 6:18

Fred Thompson is for Newt.

By: govskeptic on 1/24/12 at 6:21

Nice talk there Loner, you always have such enlightening and civil
comments to explain your warped hatred toward religion whether
it's relevant or not. It's certain an open question whether Newt will
follow up with anymore victories or not. I suspect after Super
Tuesday, Mitt Romney will be the nominee and the race between
he and The Royal Family will be on! Tonight's "State of the Union"
will probably be one of the most distorted views of what the facts
truly are in decades!

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 6:25

Onward Hypocrite Soldier

Marching as to war

With the Cross of Jesus

Going to vote a Republican

We don’t care if he is a sinner

Just so long he is not a Dem.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 6:26

Jeb Bush and/or Bobby Jindall are ready to step in at the convention, if the bickering has not been resolved by then. If that were to happen, then all these "debates" were all for nothing?

Is the nation ready for a Mormon President? That is the underlying question. Most folks do not know much about the LDS faith. The more you know, the worse it gets, IMO. The whole thing started just up the canal from here...Palmyra, New York is also on the Erie Canal.

I attended the Hill Cumorah Pageant many years ago...what a spectacle... a re-enactment of the significant points in their belief system. Should be a sell-out this year...they do nightly performances for several weeks every summer.

Check it out.

Gov sez: "Nice talk there Loner, you always have such enlightening and civil
comments to explain your warped hatred toward religion whether
it's relevant or not."

I'm glad that you appreciate me, Gov...glad to be of service.

The topic is about GOP politics; these days, one cannot discuss Republican tactics and strategies without bringing Judeo-Christianity into the discussion. Those folks are theocrats, not democrats...don't blame me for correctly analyzing their actions and opining on their motivations. My comments are indeed relevant.

By: dargent7 on 1/24/12 at 6:37

L'ner: You should know by now you cannot say, "blow-job" in this family oriented newspaper.
A "header" is the more appropriate term.
By the way, where have all the girls gone from this blog? It's all men now.
"Girlie-girl" was always down for a good time.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 6:54

I read somewhere that if Obama pulls his stunt off this year, there will be no election in 2016. The reason is a communist leader will be in office.

There must have been a lot of brain drain in this thinking, because if they think Obama is a Communist leader now, then there is no reason to have the election anyway, let alone 2016.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 7:05

Hey Gov, just for you, I am dragging one of my comments from anther comment board to this one. It got a great review from a poster from PA, Solarrays247, who cut-paste my comments and added his own.

We were discussing the recent Rick Santorum SNAFU. A questioner recently asked Rick Santorum a question at one of the GOP rallies...she prefaced it with stating that Obama was a Muslim and yada yada from there.

Santorum did not correct the woman about the president's faith...he answered her question, as if in agreement about the Muslim thing...should he have corrected the woman?

The comment board is on a CBS News site, for this smoldering story: Headline:"Santorum: I don't need to correct claim Obama is Muslim". By, Lindsey Boerma.

Here's the URL:

Here's the text:

Santorum's silence, when he should have corrected the questioner, was tacit affirmation that he holds similar views.

Santorum's silence gave the discredited view legitimacy and he knows it. And quite frankly, he doesn't seem to care who or what he has offended.

If we are looking for a hate-mongering Wise@ss-In-Chief, then Santorum is a contender.

If we want more Holy War, then Santorum is a contender.

If we want a faith-based absolutist in the White House, then Santorum is a contender.

If we want a Darwin denier in the White House, then Santorum is a contender.

If we want an Armageddon Expediter for our president, one who is a willing vassal to the Israeli Prime Minister, then Santorum is a contender.
Thank you, new_york_loner. Pennsylvanians had good reason to vote this pos out of office in a landslide victory.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 7:13

Darge, it seems that on some sites, you cannot write, "blowjob"...but, you can write "blow job", with the space, and get away with it....same for "scumbag", it won't go through..."scum bag" will go through, however on some sites. Hyphenated terms may or may not go through..."blow-job", for example, may trigger the alarms on some sites, but not on others.

I suppose that "fellatio" is the preferred term...but I felt a little raunchy this morning...fighting raunch with raunch....my bad.

I love this site, because it tolerates the vernacular.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 7:16

Loner that is a lot of hockey puck if you ask me. ;-)

By: Rasputin72 on 1/24/12 at 7:17

Romney is the correct man for the Presidency. He will not win and may even lose the Republican nomination. Gingrich is a high IQ nothing. There are so many people dependent upon the government for income be they worthless or jobless or government employees that the Obama will get 54% of the vote on that basis alone.

Can you imagine a post office employee voting for a Republican. Can you imagine any underclass human voting for a Republican. Can you imagine an underemployed hard working human voting for a Republican when he knows it takes a minimum of $75,000 dollars to live and he or she have no chance of achieving that with a Republican in office.

The Republicans want Americans to have a competitive labor situation with China nad other developing countries. The Republicans represent the successful people of this country and they are very few.

By: Captain Nemo on 1/24/12 at 7:20

Don’t forget they also represent the greed of this country too.

By: treehugger7 on 1/24/12 at 7:23

Thanks for the tips, Loner! FYI Darg--I'm female, not that it matters. I, too , wonder what happened to the other women posters. Although in most cases, it's good riddance!

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 7:36

I'm always there with a tip...Treehugger...solicited, or not.

Amen, on the BJ-Golf analogy, Darge...one exception, of course, and that's if lightning strikes your 9 iron and runs down to the steel cleats of your golf shoes, imbedded in the electrolytic turf....no, in that case the BJ is better.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 7:38

MamaG, Funditto, LizzyD, Judyboodo and BFRA are all females, right? BFRA still visits occasionally.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 7:42

Here's a cut-paste from the NYT site I referenced in my 6:00 post:

"The prosecution of Mr. Kiriakou is the sixth criminal case brought under President Obama against current or former government officials accused of providing classified information to the media, more such cases than all previous presidents combined. The crackdown, long sought by the C.I.A. and other agencies, has won the administration some credit with security officials angered by the president’s earlier decision to release classified legal opinions on the agency’s interrogation program."

Obama done got his mind right, Boss.

Moonglow1: I have not heard much about Family Values in this election from the Tea Nuts this time. How convenient for Newt. What hypocrites!! These Tea Nuts now say they do not care about Newt's private life. After all, who cares about an X-wife. Well as Loner stated they sure cared about Clinton. The Tea Nuts were obsessed with his sex life. Yes the New World Order was crashing down upon us all due to Clinton's love life.

Oh but wait!!! Newt the big fat pig is different. The more he screws and puts the screws to the public, the more he is loved by the Tea Nuts.

Ron Paul had the most cogent answers in last night's debate. Newt (the historian) who taught at a no name college in GA and was denied tenure) was corrected many times by Paul. Dr. Paul is the only candidate of the four who served in the military. Santorum wants to bomb everyone and Newt is a bomb (a large stink bomb) with a third wife who he will soon tire of and move on to #4. What a sorry excuse for a candidate.

Read the other article in today's paper concerning our idiot legislators: yeah the True Christians of Tennessee. It's raining cats and dogs and these idiots think a New World order of gays is upon us. The gun lobby wants more gun rights. Guns in Bars not good enough for these Tea Nuts.

By: yogiman on 1/24/12 at 7:59

Good morning, children.

Well, I've fed my dogs so now I'll feed you.

Loner, Bobby Jindall seems to be a good man and might make a good president, but he is no more constitutionally qualified for the Oval Office than Barry Soetoro. His parents were still Indians when he was born.

By: yogiman on 1/24/12 at 8:02

Obama's exposure #17

Obama's response to the economic crisis is to promote a statist model for the economy that fundamentally transforms our free-market system into a state-run European model.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:03

From the CBS story cited earlier...on Santorum:

LADY LAKE, Fla. - Rick Santorum said Monday he doesn't see the need to correct audience members who make misstatements. His comment came after a woman critical of President Obama at a forum misidentified the president as Muslim.

The woman told Santorum, "He is an avowed Muslim and my question is, why isn't something being done to get him out of our government?" Santorum responded: "Believe me ... I'm doing everything I can to get him out of the government."

The former Pennsylvania senator defended his approach to reporters afterward.

Here's my question: If the lady had asked, "He is an avowed Negro and my question is, why isn't something being done to get him out of our government?"...how would Santorum have responded?

How about, "He's an "avowed Communist"? Or an "avowed terrorist"? An "avowed enemy of Israel"? An "avowed anti-Semite"? Would Santorum correct any questioner for making those sorts of derogatory prefatory remarks, or would he let that stuff slide too? We may find out.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:11

Yogi did not compose the text that he is apparently claiming as his own in his 8:02 post.

I Googled: "Obama's response to the economic crisis is to promote a statist model for the economy that fundamentally transforms our free-market system into a state-run European model."

One site turned up and here is the motherlode from which our troll mines his toxic material:

Check out that hate-filled site....it's a wonder that somebody who reads this hasn't tried to snuff the prez. Hopefully, the CIA, FBI<,HS etc. are monitoring that site.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:23

Speaking of calling for the assassination of President Obama, the editor of the Atlanta Jewish Times has proposed the idea that the Mossad kill Obama, because he is not willing to go along with an Israeli military strike on the Persians.

If a Muslim editor of a Muslim newspaper had called for Obama to be killed, that guy would be arrested and held indefinitely...this guy is given a pass, he apologized and pulled his original editorial.

The story is not big news here...it was suppressed, IMO. My source is from an Israeli site Haaretz. Here's the link...read it for yourselves:

Uproar after Jewish American newspaper publisher suggests Israel assassinate Barack Obama

Here's the link:

Juicy snippet:

Adler, who has since apologized for his article, listed three options for Israel to counter Iran’s nuclear weapons in an article published in his newspaper last Friday. The first is to launch a pre-emptive strike against Hamas and Hezbollah, the second is to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities and the third is to “give the go-ahead for U.S.-based Mossad agents to take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel in order for the current vice president to take his place and forcefully dictate that the United States’ policy includes its helping the Jewish state obliterate its enemies.”

JFK said "NO" to Israeli nukes...LBJ said "OK" to Israeli nukes. That was not by coincidence, folks. Think about it. With friends like this, who needs enemies?

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:37

Newt is fighting for rights of American citizens...right?

Not quite. He will be fighting for the rights of Israeli citizens...he now has 5 million more reasons to do so.

What Can the Adelsons Buy Next ? (Newt?)
(Dated January 23, 2012.)

The New York Times is reporting tonight that Dr. Miriam Adelson, wife of Sheldon Adelson, has donated $5 million to the Super Pac supporting Newt Gingrich’s Florida primary campaign; this is on top of the $5 million that Sheldon Adelson gave to Gingrich to support the same Super PAC Winning Our Future that was supporting (successfully, as it turned out) the Gingrich campaign in advance of the South Carolina primary.

This is what Citizens United has given us...unlimited influence from individuals and corporations, both multinational and foreign, with their own selfish agendas.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:41

The Adelsons have donated a total of ten million dollars to the Super PAC backing Newt Gingrich...5 from the hubby and 5 from the wifey...and this is just in the primaries...the general election will be a vicious farce....stand by for sleaze on steroids.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 8:49

"Winning Our Future", that's Newt's Super PAC...now we know who they mean by "our". It's not "our" future, it's "their" future...and now we know who "they" are...thanks to the JewishJournal.com.

Again, Helen Thomas understated the issue, IMO.

By: Moonglow1 on 1/24/12 at 8:56

Moonglow1: Loner so true. Note Newt's response last night regarding Iran and the Straights of Hormitz (spelling??). He is advocating we attack (in support of Israel). Unlike Dr. Paul who accurately views us as the aggressor.

One reason why the USA is out of money is due to the two wars we started. Our tax dollars support big money For Profit defense contractors. People are so dumb about cutting defense spending. The public does not understand the cuts have nothing to do with the troops. The cuts are aimed at the high cost of weapons which have tripled in cost since Bush and the high cost of outsourcing our wars to greedy contractors. Our government will not hesitate cutting benefits to the rank and file while increase financial support for the Generals and the For Profit contractors.

Tea Partiers strike again! Teachers cannot say "gay."? Muslims good moral behavior laws illegal for Muslims to practice? Old Testament to be legal on display in courthouses? And now THIS: History texts may not hurt feelings of dead founders by reporting on their fallibilities along with their great successes. I guess that not only is their Constitution a sacred document, but so also are these "Founders" sacred objects in their religions. I figure we are looking at the being the next state to have to spend MONEY to consider the Personhood Amendment -- wouldn't surprise me to see these nuts take it a step further and want to declare a woman's "sex organs" property of the state. And of course state property can be literally sold to the highest bidder for mining and logging -- enjoy, gals.

from Alternet:

"The never[-]ending battle over schoolbook censorship moves to Tennessee, where legislators were presented with demands by--who else--the Tea Party, eager to scrub history textbooks of the less pleasant realities of American history.

This includes the flaws and foibles of our founding fathers--which were manifold--and the experiences of oppressed groups. Citing 'an awful lot of made-up criticism about, for instance, the founders intruding on the Indians or having slaves or being hypocrites in one way or another" the group released its manigesto with the following explicit wording:

'No portrayal of minority experience in the history which actually occurred shall obscure the experience or contributions of the Founding Fathers, or the majority of citizens, including those who reached positions of leadership.' "

If Romney can't get the support of folks like the Adelman's, he might as well fold his tent right now...the Adleman's are casino tycoons...they are filthy rich...and the are super supporters of the idea that young American Jews make aliyah to Israel....it's all in the JJ article.

Ron Paul will get no support from the Adelman family...he might get a magnetic bomb, not a money bomb, from one of their agents? It's Holy War, baby! Anything could happen.

By: yogiman on 1/24/12 at 9:22

Two issues, Loner.

My "comments" are statements I have read in a pamphlet and am re-wording. If I was quoting them precisely, I would post them as quotes. And its funny, my computer wouldn't let me onto the site you referred.

I'm hate filled? Hell yes. I hate a person that usurps the Oval Office of ,not only my, but OUR, nation. I further hate the members of our legislature that allowed him to do it when many of them obviously knew it was happening. That strongly indicates to me they are right in the middle of it.

And to belittle the lady referring to "Barack Obama" as a Muslim tells a little more of your ignorance, or your plain ['plum' damn dumb ass].

Barack Hussein Obama was born into, and raised in, a family of Muslims on the paternal side of his family, and a communist party on the maternal side of his family. And he was raised a christian democrat? Gimme a break, Loner.

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 9:26

Thank you Moonglow and thank you Lizzy.

Liz, the ideal of "American Exceptionalism" calls for deifying the Founders, not demonizing them. Apparently humanizing the Founders is also verboten.

Next on the history agenda will be renaming the US Civil War...it will now be called the "War of Northern Aggression". Disparaging remarks about Jeff Davis, General Lee,, Simon Legree, the Lehman Brothers etc. will not be tolerated.

On the science agenda, we have the Darwin deniers. In their view, the Jewish creation myth must be given equal time and given equal legitimacy, as opposed to the fossil record, as evidentiary material in a scientific debate... that is no longer debated....except by Creationists.

The Tea Baggers will move into the health & fitness classrooms next. After that, they'll grandstand about religious displays at public school athletic competitions.

So far, they are staying out of the math classroom...although it is rumored that they have "issues" with the idea of "irrational numbers" and "imaginary numbers".....666 is an irrational number, but is it also satanic? Kids need to consider that in math class, right?

And in the English classrooms...no more dirty books!

By: yogiman on 1/24/12 at 9:45

I've only noted one person on this site older than I. An "old man" mentioned being 83 years old so I'm sure he went to school during my childhood days.

Back in the 30s and 40s when I was in school, the first day of school every year you went to school to find our what you would be studying that year (or at least the teachers hoped you would). You then went to a personally owned book store and bought your school books. Different schools and teachers made their decisions as to what the children of their class should learn that year.

I don't remember just when it began, but the "Guvmunt" decided all children should be taught courses of the same subjects all over the nation and the "Guvmunt" furnished the books. That, of course, put all of the book store owners who were selling school books to the children out of business.

So what is the basics of the communist party? Everyone is supposed to think alike. Especially in the government's mind. They keep their political agenda quiet until they get their takeover.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Jimmy Carter created the Department of Education and Lamar Alexander was the first Sect. of Education.

And I believe there is more communist in congress today than you can imagine going by the names democrat and republican.

This has to be the most political year in the USA. Let's see what happens by Nov. 6.

Headline: "Atlanta Jewish Times publisher resigns over Obama assassination column" ; January 23, 2012

He's still a free man and the paper is now for sale...anybody interested should contact the AJT...it's a fire sale....such a deal!

By: Loner on 1/24/12 at 9:59

Was the news about the AJT Editorial calling for Obama's assassination, adequately covered in the US media?

You be the judge, check out this page, especially the graph on the right hand column. The story quickly died down...and never was that big to begin with....had that been a Muslim newspaper and Muslim Columnist, the story would have been much bigger in the US media. Somebody did MSM damage control.

Chances are, most Americans do not know about this story...if it were Muslims writing and publishing the offensive editorial, we'd all know about it.
