Good morning, Nashville.

What is your reaction to a panel's report to the Pentagon Tuesday that remains of some victims from the 9/11 attacks may have ended up in a landfill?

The Pentagon is too busy following orders from the Defense, Israel and Energy lobbies to worry about unclaimed human remains.....after all they are in the business of creating human remains, not disposing of them.

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 6:57

I don't get this...when the Twin Towers fell, imploded, no one survived. All 2,875 were incinerated. I don't know how anyone could separate human bones from metal, dust, etc.
You want Mom's ashes in an urn on the mantle that contained a 1,000 others' and jet fuel? Not to mention the 19 psycho maniac's ashes, too?
It was a mass cremation and all the debri was indistinguishable. But some sleaze lawyer will sue over this story.

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 7:02

Declare the landfill a national cemetery....let the war mongers make their speeches from atop the mound....peace activists can use the same pile as their platform too. Islamophobes can stage hate rallies there. "Enviro-whackos" can use the same mound to make their appeals for ecological awareness, recycling etc.....there problem solved.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 7:52

Their ashes should be placed in the foundation of the new masque they want to build near there so they can haunt the hell pout of them day and night.

By: govskeptic on 2/29/12 at 7:58

I don't seem to get why the Pentagon was even involved in this particular
case! Had this been the remains of soldiers brought from Iraq, Afghanistan,
it would be as outrageous as losing track of who was buried were in
several of the National Cemeteries! Obviously we all understand this
problem starts and ends with those pesky Israelis!

News Alert: You want to know where "yogi" gets all his talking points?
Well, Paul Wade is an adherent to a Mr.Gordon Epperly.
This nut out in Jeauneu, Alaska where that other acorn, Palin resides.
He's suing the US government because women and non-whites holding public office in the US are, "usurpers".
Also, he states, because Obama's a "mulatto" , he and other Negroes cannot hold public office. They are originally from Africa and not, "natural born citizens".
This is where this douche-bag gets his information. I knew it was from some right wing, Republican wing-nut or group, and The Huffington Post has all the details.
Thank God for the free press.

By: gdiafante on 2/29/12 at 8:04

My reaction: darge is right. Given all of the debris, the fact that people were literally torn into tiny little pieces, it's not suprising that some would get through to the landfill. I doubt if it was intentional.

By: gdiafante on 2/29/12 at 8:07

Darge, I thought he got his info from the ghost of a chicken he raped in 1927.

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 8:29

gD: I'm happy you concurr. Would you want the NY Army Corp.of Engineers to hand over a shovel full of debris and say, "We think your Mom's in here".."Somewhere"....? "Oh, and along with a jewish guy, a Muslim, and any one or all 19 of the hijackers"? Holy shit! You want that mess in an urn in your living room?
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust..." In Hawai'i families take the ashes out to sea.
That's where I want my final; resting place. Or, on "yogi's" mantle, just to haunt the sob.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 8:46

Boys, I'm beginning to be glad to a great extent my intelligence is not the same as [']ur[i]n[e]. Someday, if you ever mature, you might grow up intellectually... at least a little bit. But I doubt it.

dargent7, in using your left wing idiocy you compare me to a man named Gordon Epperly? That pretty well compares our basic knowledge. How do you know the man so well when I don't even know his name? Are you a friend of his that you know so much about him?

But if what you say about the man is factual (which reading your posts, I doubt it) he may have a little mental problem like you. You and Mr. Epperly apparently don't know what the word usurper means... do you?

But Barry, himself, comments about himself being a Mulatto. Don't you know what a Mulatto is? Ask your buddy, Barry Soetoro, I'm sure he'll tell you.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 8:52

To further the ignorance of your stupid remark , dargent7, Negroes born in a nation in Africa or any other continent on this earth are as much of being a natural born citizen as any child born in any nation whose parents are citizens of that nation. And please, if you have the intelligence, note that I said parents, not just one parent.

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 8:55

Last 2 comments remind me of an article, A person, too Ignorant to know, they are Ignorant!

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 8:57

"yogi": Bullshit. You read this A-Hole's lawsuit and it contains every talking point you've been regurgitating for the past year. If you didn't lift it from Epperly, you got it from another adherent.
"Ursurper"..."natural born citizen", "Kenyan born", "non-white, a Negro..."
You want to tell me and this board you came up with the name, "usurper", on your own?
"Being fat, dumb, and stupid is no way to go thru life, son".
Dean Womer, "Animal House". Maybe you should join the frat.

By: Marymeet on 2/29/12 at 8:57

So Dargent, all the human remains that were recovered and analyzed using DNA for grieving families was a fake?

I don't believe so and that Dover is once again culpable is enough to make me want to send those people to Arlington. Its already screwed up so how much worse could they make it? At least they'd be out of the identification business.

When 9/11 happened people were promised that everything would be done with dignity and honor. That people would stay till everything that could be identified would be.

This hardly qualifies ad dignity or honorable.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 8:58

And one more piece of intelligence, dargent7, the "free press" isn't free. You pay for it and you are getting the "intelligence" that they want you to have.

You know, your eye on your left side of your nose can't even see the right side of your face... even with a mirror. Which makes me wonder, do you have a brain with a right side attached to it?

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 9:18

dargent7,

You're proving your lack of integrity every time you make a comment on this site. Is the language you're using based on the education you received at a college in Michigan? What do they teach you children up there? It apparently isn't integrity.

If they offered that as a course, you flunked.

You have the audacity to call me a sob when you don't even know me. What a brain. And you consider yourself intelligent? Gimme a break, fella.

And, by the way; Was your mother married to you father when she got pregnant with you? Just wondering.

By: gdiafante on 2/29/12 at 9:25

Internet fight!

My money's on Darge. I think Yogi would break a hip if he moves to quickly.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 9:35

I'm a former young boxer, dgiafante. And I don't move to[o] quickly. Get what I mean, Sir?

By: Rasputin72 on 2/29/12 at 9:44

Yogiman and LONER.........Today you held your ground against the likes of BFFR and Dargent7 quite well. Sometimes you wonder what events as a child shaped the opinions of people like BFFR & Dargent7.

I enjoy this forum because I do not come across the opinions opinions by some of these posters very often if ever in the world that I live. I have learned a great deal from reading them. I always had it in my mind that people who voted for Barack Hussein Obama could not spell correctly.

I not only see some articulation among the liberals and "strange" but even a degree of twisted logic.

This has become pure entertainment for me.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 9:52

Thanks for your comment, Rasputin72. I appreciate it. At least we have one intelligent person on this cite. And by that I mean; someone who looks on both sides of the fence to see what kind of grass (intelligence) is being grown.

The question I have raised before, and will repeat until the [usurper] in office identifies himself, may one day educate these people who so strongly support the a man they don't even know.

By: gdiafante on 2/29/12 at 9:52

Of course you are yogi. You're the guy that has done whatever topic is being discussed. In other words, you're full of it.

You remind me of my next-door-neighbor as a teenager. Dumber than a blade of grass, yet had a tale for every subject. He was held back in 8th grade three times. Yep, reminds me of you.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 10:35

He must have been your twin brother, gdiafarte, that your mother gave to her neighbor thin king she was keeping the best of the two in her family. Boy, what a mistake she made.

And as a young punk as you seem to make of yourself, it may take several more years than it did me, but in time, you'll learn how ignorant you was as a "youngun".

Age will be the best teacher you ever had, gdiafarte. Hopefully, you have enough brain in your skull to learn from your experiences in life.

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 10:55

After the horrific tragedy on 9/11, someone want's, "dignity"?
The ENTIRE buildings collapsed, top to bottom.
There's human remains, alright. Along with jet fuel, burnt metal, glass, jihadists, Muslim extremists, hijackers, Jews, and a Catholic or two.....all incinerated.
All forever, mixed together, as one.
Maybe it's God's lesson , "we can all get along"?

By: BenDover on 2/29/12 at 10:57

darge @ 5:57a nails it.

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 10:59

I'm back! Between Rasputin72 & yogi, I had to go put my boots on.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 11:09

Did you 'put it on' or just sit on it, bfra? I hope you didn't get it too far up your a$$.

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 11:17

Somebody explain to dummy, the difference between plural & single!

By: brrrrk on 2/29/12 at 11:26

gdiafante said

"Internet fight!

Or become dislodged from one of his sheep..... Baaaa, baaaa......

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 11:29

bfra: You put your boots on, I had to take a shower.

By: dargent7 on 2/29/12 at 11:33

DenD: I cannot remember when you ever agreed with me. You need medical attention or an intervention? How about a "7 'n 7"?

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 11:33

d7 - My boots are waders, if the s**t gets over them, I will quit reading.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 11:43

bfra,

You can only put one boot on each foot at a time... and you can only get one boot up your a$$ at the same time. That is, unless you have a bigger a$$ than I think you have.

But I, also, don't know if your a$$ is big enough to have both boots up it together; although you may.

By: brrrrk on 2/29/12 at 11:46

bfra,

It appears that yogi is fascinated with your ass.....

By: jvh2b on 2/29/12 at 11:48

yogi walks into a gay piano bar.....

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 11:49

brrrrk - Isn't that his MO, but usually not humans? My 3 yr. old grandson can come up with responses, better that yogi.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 11:55

You must have a great grandson, bfra. He sure is a lot smarter than you because he doesn't throw the ignorance he gained from his grand parent around like you.

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 12:05

By: jvh2b on 2/29/12 at 10:48

yogi walks into a gay piano bar.....

...sashays up to the bar and yells out, "How many boots does a guy have to shove up his booty to get a drink around here?"

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 12:18

dargent7,

You question about calling "Obama" a usurper because of his race. I presume you don't know what a usurper is, so let me give you the definition you should have had in your dictionary; if you studied when you went to college. That is, if you really went to study.

Definition from my old college dictionary: Usurp;... to take or assume and hold in possession by force, or without right: said of seizures of power, position, rights, functions. etc. v.i. to practice or commit usurpation.

Usurpation;... the act of usurping unlawful or violent seizure of a throne, power, rights, etc.

The fact is, even if Obama was numerically "elected" to the office, he could not be legally elected because he was not legally eligible with a foreign father.

To make it a little simpler, dargent7, he received his heritage from his father who was a subject of the British Empire forwarding that citizenship down to his son.

Now, simply going by Barack Obama's autobiography, following his refusal to allow any personal papers to be shown, I call him a usurper regardless of whether he's black, white, pink, purple, polka dotted or striped. Especially following his showing of a fake birth certificate after over three years of refusing to show his original birth certificate.

*Thunderous applause to Loner*

Well played good sir. Well played indeed!

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 12:36

Why, thank you, jvh2b....nothing like a good running gag to enhance group cohesiveness.

By: bfra on 2/29/12 at 12:45

Loner always comes up with some good ones! A man very gifted with words.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 12:49

Loner,

I'll have to admit, you're one of the best comedians on this site. And just think: You're a Yankee. I didn't think Yankees could be that funny. You've proved me wrong... this time.

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 12:55

Ain't no disputin', we got Rasputin...and Yogi the Bear, back on the nuts and Barry's....pummeled by GD & Darge. Ben Dover drops off a tweety-type post. Bfra taunts the bear...jvh2b hits the "Running Gag" button and Govskeptic remains septic.

Yes...this is a commendable & classy cast of uncommon commentators...the Nashville Group.

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 1:00

Aw shucks...I'm blushing...I'd like to thank my parents, the nuns, my comedy coach and last but not least, my dealer....thank you...thank you, very much....

If one wanted to see why the United States is doomed to continue its fall, all one would have to do is to read this forum every day for a month.

After participating and reading these posts for the last several weeks I am convinced that there is no subject upon which a true majority of Americans can agree.

By: Rasputin72 on 2/29/12 at 1:03

LONER.........No one appreciates your ability to entertain yourself more than I.

Rasp...you got spyware? Caught me entertaining myself at the keyboard, huh? Caught me massaging my mouse? Caught me stroking the keys? You are an e-voyeur...a peek-sneaking geek....you gotta be a Republican.

Have you been gazing at my crystal balls too?

Well, I hope you got your yayas out, Rasputin....shame on you, spying on people like that...Rasputin and Vladimir Putin....masters of the art of espionage.

By: yogiman on 2/29/12 at 1:20

Welcome to the club, Rasputin72. And as for a majority of Americans agreeing on an issue, doesn't it make you wonder why the (inferior) Supreme court can't seem to get past that 51% mark on their constitutional determinations?

At least the "majority" of the posters on this site have explained their ignorance on it.

By: Loner on 2/29/12 at 1:26

Yogi, the "Nuts & Barry's" Bear, seems to have found a replacement for Boo Boo, his once beloved, but now estranged sidekick:

Will Rasputin72 accept the role of "Boo Boo"? Stay tuned....

Since I have been bugging you nice folks in Nashville for a long time now, you can now return the favor by posting on the NY Daily News.

A fresh board just appeared....here's the headline and sub-headline:

White knight candidate rescuing GOP presidential race from Romney, Santorum possible: experts.....Concerns persist that Romney still can't truly win over his party's conservative base. Meanwhile, there are fears Santorum's social views are too extreme

Here's the URL:

One potential Republican White Knight's name was left out...he has positive name recognition, he has experience, he's been vetted...he's tanned & rested: Rudy Giuliani.

Looks like the GOP is getting desperate.....barring unforeseen negative circumstances, Obama should win a second term, IMO....If gasoline is at $10/gallon in November, any GOP candidate will whip his @$$.....IMHO.
