Lawsuits by people who could live a 1000 years and never make more than 60,000 dollars a year (adjusted for inflation) has become a big business. The key is finding a big corporation or one of the 1%.

These people despise the rich but are surely anxious to become one of them.

Rasp, your 8:20 post is credible anecdotal evidence to support my 8:01....perhaps you are a member of the one-percenters after all.

I agree with your advice, "...you must go forward and make the best of a bad situation." Think of ways to increase revenue, grow sales and quit crying."

Maybe the sore-losers will shake it off and get back on team USA...we all need each other and it's time for us to work together to solve our mutual problems.

The special interests that backed Mitt Romney may throw a tantrum....let's hope that they buck up and get over it...time to move on.

By: yogiman on 11/12/12 at 8:39

How do you know she wasn't a Russian spy, dargent7, because she didn't say she was? Why would a woman as young as she get into a long affair with an old man like the general? Because she couldn't get a younger man in bed with her. Gimma a break.

By: Loner on 11/12/12 at 8:41

Darge, good to hear from the Left Coast.

The righties have figured out a way to link the fall of Petraeus with Benghazi and "The Blowjob"....they must be using real tin foil, not the aluminum stuff when they fashion their tin foil helmets.

By: bfra on 11/12/12 at 8:44

Loner - Some seem to have graduated to aluminum stove pipes.:-)

By: Mike Burch on 11/12/12 at 8:49

Again the right-wingers demonstrate their dislike for anyone quoting what their candidates say themselves, or pointing out what they do and why. To demonstrate that someone like Bishop Romney is a chauvinist and a religious fanatic is "propaganda."

How amusing! The right-wing loons provide late-night comedians with everything they need to earn millions of dollars. How could Jon Stewart, Steven Colbert and Bill Maher be so rich and famous, without foils like Romney, Ryan, Santorum, Bachmann and Palin?

It isn't propaganda to point out that the "stars" of the GOP are morons bereft of single good idea. It's the sad truth.

Going overseas now, here is an interesting article from Ynet in Israel:

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4304273,00.html

I left a comment there...#3....getting a comment posted on an Israeli board is not guaranteed.

It will be interesting to read the Israeli reaction to this new fighting on the Golan-Syrian border...and rocket fire from Gaza into Southern Israel is causing additional grave concern...another Operation Cast lead is being pondered....1400 Arabs and 14 Israelis lost their lives in that 2008 war.

Bibi Netanyahu is running for re-election on January 22, 2013.

By: dargent7 on 11/12/12 at 9:01

yogi: She was a West Point grad.
As we all know, West Point is the breeding ground for Russian spies. Right?
This Jill Kelly is prettier than Broadwell.
I guess they both wanted the good General, in the worst way.

By: govskeptic on 11/12/12 at 9:10

Since the Administration hasn't really cared for Petraeus for quite some time now,
it's no wonder the timing and reasons for this comes immediately after the election.
Released by NBC is the first clue of rot in order to give a full Administration template
as to how everything went down and the shaky reasons for same to be followed by
all others. Resignation forced or volunteered is the right thing for Petraeus to do.
Actions of FBI from start to finish are extremely questionable, as well as the public
outing of something everyone determined was neither criminal nor of security risk!

By: slacker on 11/12/12 at 9:22

It appears that the the F.B.I. .. will have to add ''Viagra'' refills, to future security clearance checks.
I'm betting that Petraeus pharmacist.. was a dirty, sneaky, Republican, that cleverly set the innocent General up. He told poor Pete.. '' if you have an erection lasting over 6 hours, call your biographer.''

By: pswindle on 11/12/12 at 9:29

Eric Canter may be in over his had on this one. He knew about the affair for two weeks or more. He did not even tell the House Leader about it much less the President. He wanted to be the big guy and he personally went to the FBI and CIA. I want to know who in the world does Eric think that he is? Is this the best that the GOP has to offer? He has no power, and the report said that he even talked to the General about the affair. Good Grief!

By: budlight on 11/12/12 at 9:30

Can everyone say "Under Cover Cover Up" 3 three times real fast.

Anything to protect Obama. Too bad Bill didn't have anyone to fill in for him on the guilty plea with Monica. Al would have never taken the fall; and Joe's too ugly to believe anyone would have an affair with him.

So Obama gets another pass on the death of an Ambassador and others.

too bad!

By: Captain Nemo on 11/12/12 at 9:44

After learning more to the situation regarding Petraeus, I now see that he did the honorable thing. Now his distingue career comes to an abrupt end. He is only human and a powerful man, which would attract women. This is too bad, because I believed that he has more to offer. I only hope that after repairing his home life, that he still can offer help to the country.

By: Captain Nemo on 11/12/12 at 9:45

I agree Ask01 that he acted out of sense of horror and conscience.

I see that possibility in your 6:49 post, bfra.

Spot on Loner in your 7:07 post. These extremist will sure destroy the Republican Party with there insanity.

I suspect that puddycat is a troll in waiting.

LONER.....This is a mongrel country divided as no othe country in the world save Iraq. Had Romney been elected you would have had your side and the other mongrels doing all in their power to bring disgrace and failure to Romney.

And he wonders why we think he is a racist.

BTW what is Rat's last name?

So bfra all of your demoNcrate heros are stupid and believed every word Pres. Bush said? So they drank the kool aide too and it's still all of someone elses fault because your demoNcratic leaders are stupid and gullible.

Now this cork screw has really flipped. He doesn’t know his face from his fat ass.

By: govskeptic on 11/12/12 at 10:01

Capt

Couldn't agree with you more on your 9:44 posting. Leading a non-profit that does things for present or past soldiers would be a perfect setting, he's only 60, but
probably had it with anything political.

By: parnell3rd on 11/12/12 at 10:01

Now a video has surfaced of the Adultress speaking at her Alma Matter on Oct 26. She reports Gen. Patraeus knew it was a terrorist attack because the we had 3 Lybian's being held hostage in the CIA annex. ops, sounds like she's giving up secrets just like this admininstration did after Obama killed bin laden.

Parnell sez: "I find it interesting how you all forget that there was only one person in the house and senate who voted agains going to war when Pres. Bush was in power. That one person was Sen. Paul."

Ron Paul is not in the US Senate...for starters....he's a member of the House.

Here is a prime example of the fringe right not knowing their history. They just make it up as they go.

By: Rasputin72 on 11/12/12 at 10:12

Nemo......You know his name better than anyone. It was Nemovitz!

even when someone else does all of the work for you, your still in denial. They have 12 step programs for denial.

I just love how the extremist are showing their losing sprite today. So here we go for another four years of them trying to make Obama a Two Term President.

So, if they can’t have it their way the Hell to the whole country. LOL

By: parnell3rd on 11/12/12 at 10:14

President Obama made ONE trip to the NYC/NJ area after Hurricane Sandy. He then went back on the campaign trail for his re-election.
Where is the President? he promised to cut thru the "red tape" and help the east coast.
He went to New Orleans on the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and promised more money to the city.
He spent days in Louisianna after the oil spill in the gulf shutting down production. He also flew over Tennessee twice during our flood. So we see he is more concerned with big oil than he is concerned with American's suffering on the east coast.

I consider people like gov as a sign that there are some real conservative still out there. Now the question is will they be able to bring back the GOP to his Principles

So you just made up a person named Rat, so as to through me off about Jr. Collier. I understand your reason for deception old boy.

By: Rasputin72 on 11/12/12 at 10:46

Nemo........I cannot believe after calling me racist that you would deny your own heritage.

I knew you dropped the "vitz" from your name and never said a word about it until you kept bringing up your childhood monicker "Rat"

Catch up with your rants later. Am off to the Trump course in Palm Beach with by your definition,"other racists"..

By: yogiman on 11/12/12 at 10:47

Mike,

You're getting to be a better comedian every time I read your posts. You say, "Again the right-wingers demonstrate their dislike for anyone quoting what their candidates say themselves, or point our what the do and why. To demonstrate that someone like Bishop Barney is a chauvinist and a religious fanatic is "propaganda".

Wouldn't that equal Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama claiming to be President of the United States when so many common citizens know he isn't legally eligible? You know, he isn't a natural born citizen as required by our Constitution even though he claims he is?

Please permit me to say; Again you left-wingers show your constant admiration for someone you don't even know.

By: Captain Nemo on 11/12/12 at 10:50

No where near the truth Rasputin and you are a racist.

By: Mike Burch on 11/12/12 at 10:55

Loner,

People like Bibi Netan-YAHOO seem to think it's a good idea to start wars, then convince the public that they need a strong man to "protect" them.

It's the same method the Mafia uses when it wants protection money.

By: Mike Burch on 11/12/12 at 10:56

Loner,

If Bishop Romney had been elected, there seems to be little doubt that the US would soon be fighting Iran, Syria, Lebanon and perhaps other countries on Israel's behalf.

Hopefully President Obama is too intelligent to play Bibi's mad games of chance.

By: yogiman on 11/12/12 at 11:01

Barry had to get credit on that bin Laden killing for the coming heroic votes in his favor, parnell3rd. That young girl isn't running for office is she?

By: yogiman on 11/12/12 at 11:09

"Oh Hell No, bud!!!!!! I wont get it bed with you!!!!!!... unless you hold the sheets open for me.

By: gdiafante on 11/12/12 at 11:13

So far all I see is a bunch of whiny ass sore losers still laying out conspiracy theories. Yawn...

By: yogiman on 11/12/12 at 11:41

Just wondering what you all think of Barry aka Barack openly backing the UN on their gun control agenda so soon after he was affirmed the winner.

Are you ready for hell to open it's doors? We either stop him or get ready for communism and I'm afraid congress is on his side in this game.

Actually, though, it shouldn't be a surprise; they quit representing us decades ago.

How how would you know yogi? Experience?

By: Blanketnazi2 on 11/12/12 at 12:16

http://www.un.org/disarmament/convarms/ArmsTradeTreaty/

The Arms Trade Treaty has nothing to do with the sale and ownership of guns within the United States. It is designed to combat illicit international trade of weapons by tightening regulations and setting standards.

Unwanted Hurricane Sandy donations, like Romney’s, now a “disaster” for Red Cross

http://americablog.com/2012/11/hurricane-sandy-romney-relief.html

“We are not asking for material donations,” said Laura Steinmetz, spokeswoman for the South Jersey Region of the organization. “Financial donations allow us to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of the people in a disaster. It’s far more expensive for us to receive the donated goods, sort them, warehouse them and transport them. So our financial donations are much more cost effective.”

On my Israeli Bingo card, they are telling me that Israel's upcoming election is none of my business....that's chutzpah....they can interfere with our elections, but we are supposed to butt out of theirs.

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4304273,00.html

Since the US is the promary financial and military backer of the Jewish state, what they do is certainly our business....because their holy wars suck....and America is getting tired of the faith-based sucking action.

Now, I.m off to my weekly anti-war protest...later!
