yogi.. I'm no comedian, I'm a serious actor. I studied under Lana Turner.

By: slacker on 8/31/12 at 3:18

Loner that hilarious. ''Pardon me sir.. I'm yogi, are you by chance Captain Nemo?'' lol

By: slacker on 8/31/12 at 3:21

Gotta go Hope everybody has a great weekend

By: Loner on 8/31/12 at 3:39

Have a great weekend, Slack and everyone else too....I have afeeling that, if Nemo and Yogi were to meet face to face, they'd probably bury the hatchet....in each other's skulls.

By: Captain Nemo on 8/31/12 at 4:21

Last time I said they I wasn't going to be there you said that you went over but I never showed. You did not know what I looked like then or was that a lie?

By: Loner on 8/31/12 at 4:25

Gentlemen...may I be of service?

Obviously, the knuckle-dragging redneck in the bib overalls is Yogi....the guy who looks like he's been through some galactic time-warping events is Captain Nemo....identifying each other should be easy.

By: Captain Nemo on 8/31/12 at 4:26

I will continue this later yogi. In the mean time you are a liar and a coward.

By: Captain Nemo on 8/31/12 at 4:31

Your are correct Loner, yogi said he could tell me in a crowed place. That was or is it war another lie. lol

Have a good weekend.

By: bfra on 8/31/12 at 4:35

yogi was posting, but just more lies, nothing about meeting Nemo, until after Nemo posted that he had left. Again, yogi is all mouth & no action! The smaller the man, the bigger the mouth.

By: bfra on 8/31/12 at 4:37

I be gone also! Headed to Center Hill lake & a weekend of sking.

By: Captain Nemo on 8/31/12 at 4:51

Careful and don't let yogi slip up behind you and give you what, bfra. lol

By: Captain Nemo on 8/31/12 at 4:51

Have great weekend, bfra.

By: yogiman on 8/31/12 at 5:38

I didn't really realize there was as many lefties in this crowd but you all seem to be proving it. If you aren't, and If you remember Dick Morris, who was on Clinton's staff, you should listen to that man on Obama if he gets re-elected.

And unless it was meant to be a joke, there was a newscast a few weeks ago showing a news voting system that showed Obama as already elected.

By: yogiman on 8/31/12 at 6:16

You was right on Corsi's book being recalled. It was re-written titled "Where's the REAL Birth Certificate?

Barry may find it someday.

By: Ask01 on 9/1/12 at 7:14

Just an observation, but with so many whining about a paranoid fantasy involving people being jealous of their success and after their money, I cannot help but recall a time when workers were appreciated and paid decent wages, jobs were not exported, but actually created in America, the middle class was secure and happy, with the opportunity to actually move up a reality, not some fairy tale and most amazing, the rich kept getting richer.

Everyone was happy. Businesses and corporate America realized they DID NOT build everything by themselves, but with the cooperation and support of their workers, whom they generously compensated, with more than enough left over.

Then greed set in. An unjustified perception of "I did it all by myself, and I deserve disproportionate compensation," took over in the boardrooms. The fallacy of this illogical thinking is once all businesses cut employees to increase profits, profits fall because no one has any money to buy the products offered. The answer, it seems, was cut more jobs to reduce expenses. Of course, now fewer people had less money to purchase products, driving profits down further.

Willard and company, unless their secret plan is to rebuild the middle class, who are in my opinion the real danger, as they have lost the most, stand to lose more, and are the angriest, stand little chance in November.

The Republican Party, already regarded as the party of the rich and privileged, have shot themselves in the foot by selecting a true 1 Percenter to be their candidate.

Then, Republican people with questionable knowledge of human reproduction have publicly made fools of the party and themselves.

On top of all this, people of questionable mental stature have the audacity to opine those out of work should stop leeching off the system and go to work. Of course, they don't offer any work, as if they expect the unemployed to suddenly make jobs up out thin air.

While there are some enclaves around the country where stunted mental capacity will allow the medieval party to maintain power, I believe Willard and Company will find themselves shut out, and perhaps radically minimalized for some time.

One can only hope.

Good morning Ask01 how are you today. The Japanese have a good an healthy working relation whit there workers, that the U S corporations should use. It is called respect for their workers. Something that is not found in today's world.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/1/12 at 7:53

Today I have seen some of Romney's accepting the nomination and Clint Eastwood stands out. I found the act very entertaining and the on line even more so. I suppose you can say that the conservatives see nothing of reality.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/1/12 at 7:53

A liar and a coward are you yogi.

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 9:00

History shows you never know what you're going to get until you buy it. Of course, the only thing we know about Romney is from the news which shows his success in the business world and he can use that knowledge to to build the USA's workforce back.

You may be a fan of Barack Obama's but 4 years tell you the only thing he has done is put us deeper into debt. Why? To bankrupt our nation and put us under his regime.

Much has been said about me, and my stupidity on Obama. But I still can't understand how an intelligent person can accept a person as their "leader" when they have no idea who he is.

Obama has one goal, take this nation into communism.

Go to www.youtube.com/watch_popup?feature=player_embedded&v=Czo5Vf8KZs/ and tell me what you think he wants Putin to back him until after the election.

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 9:02

And by the way Ask01, there's more information on Obama.

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 9:08

Another question, Ask01. Why did Obama say, "I'm proud to come back home" when he "went back home" on a political visit?

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 11:14

We must have read different articles, Blanketnazi2. The one I read quoted Obama's attorney (Alexandra Hill) when she [admitted] the image of Obama's birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status.

She went on trying to establish his eligibility by speaking of his political popularity... not his legal qualification in order to be a candidate.

Huh? What law school did she go to, Dull Skull Law School? She's arguing the Constitution has no meaning in it's restrictions that all candidates must be natural born citizens?

There isn't any exceptions, not even considering you favorite Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/1/12 at 4:07

And yogi is still an liar and a coward

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 4:37

You obviously have a brain about the size of a piss ant. And you seem to be capable of using yours like a piss ant uses theirs. Are y'all kin?

By: Ask01 on 9/1/12 at 4:59

Captain Nemo, I am aware of a program the Air Force was implementing around the time I retired, which was borrowed from the Japanese, and featured some of the same ideas.

In a nutshell, the program was designed to eliminate red tape generated by needless self perpetuating levels of beauracracy, and allow managers at lower levels to implement improvements in their processes without having to pass the decision off to a higher level. If a manager, or one of the workers, recognized or developed a more efficient method of accomplishing a task, provided such did not violate safety, security, or other regulations or constraints, they were free to implement.

A noble idea, but beauracracy does not die easily. Prior to my last day, I perceived new levels of needless management beginning to reappear, all in the name, of course, of managing the transition to less management.

I do not know the current status, but feel confident the status quo has been restored and the self perpetuating bearucracy has completey regenerated, yet again insuring good ideas which could rock the boat are kept to a minimum.

After all, as they always say, "We've always done it this way."

Oh, and a wonderfully insightful observation at 5:07.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/1/12 at 5:26

I was talking about the private Japanese companies Ask01.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/1/12 at 5:28

What kind of come back is that yogi you? You’ve seem to have really wobbled and bobbled with that last one. Go sleep on it and maybe you will come up with something more meaningful. LOL

By: Ask01 on 9/1/12 at 6:32

Let me elaborate, Captain.

The Air Force program was inspired by the private Japanese companies, as it was a good model.

I believe, however, American business would indeed benefit greatly from the same Japanese concept, except I believe most would be distrustful of their employees.

Another possibility, highly likely in some instances, I believe, is upper management taking the idea, firing the suggester, then after a period of time and tinkering, launch the same idea as their own.

After all, they can't risk revealing they didn't do it all on their own, can they?

By: yogiman on 9/1/12 at 7:25

Your comment on your 5:07 post makes me think you think. at least slightly,

As a curious thinking veteran, do you want to see something interesting? Go to www.obamasrealfather.com and compare Barry's picture with Frank Marshall Davis' sons.

yogi's favorite bird is a yellowbellied sapsucker!

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 2:27

I wish I was as brilliant as you think you are, bfra (nickname for big fart repeating again), I'd feel utter intelligence, constantly... like you.

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 7:06

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 3:27

I wish I was as brilliant as you think you are, bfra (nickname for big fart repeating again), I'd feel utter intelligence, constantly... like you.

You missed that chance, when you spent your entire life (60+ yrs.) with your head up your arse!

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 7:25

OOPS! Make that 80+ yrs. old man! That's a long time to stay so dumb!

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 8:16

And you're learning fast, aren't you, bfra?

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 8:24

I didn't graduate, head of every class I have been in for nothing. And unlike you, I didn't just pretend to go to College, until some one proved it wrong. Now, go read some more junk sites, because you don't have the brains to understand facts.

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 9:07

You keep repeating how stupid you think I am. You keep ridiculing me because of my arguments over Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama. You've said several times he's in that office legally, but you've never offered any proof he is. What is it? Where did you get it?

What are you using as proof to think he is when he refuses to give it to you? Are you getting that "knowledge" out of a clear blue sky? What part of the sky are you looking through?

Anyone with common sense would, or should, wonder why someone would run for that office and spend millions to keep their identity under lock and key. Apparently you don't have that common sense.

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 9:15

Was you the only one in your "class", bad f@rt repeating again? You musty have been to be number 1 in your class.

Another question bad f@rter, when did I "pretend" to go to college? Who proved I didn't? On what basis except their idiocy. Some other idiot like you?

And by the way, what years didn't I go?

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 9:29

yogi - you said you went to MTSU & I said your name was not in any of their year books & THEN you stated you only went a short time & DROPPED out. Other than being dumb, you also have a selective memory.

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 9:50

I'm honored, bfra.

You felt it necessary to do a research on me? Why? To make me out a liar? As I stated, I only went for two years because jobs were hard to find back then unless you had "some" college. I only went two years because that was all my interviewers required. I was already smart enough.

But hell, I didn't even need that to get a job. I went back to work for the government. I guess it was like Obama today; you don't need a legal requirement to get the job being offered.

What else do you know about me I need to know?

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 9:52

Only know what you have spilled your gut in lies on this board. You & bud like to air your dirty linens and then squak when you are laughed at.

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 10:55

It's funny, bfra.

You've accused me of lying many times, yet you've never proved how I'm lying. Why? Am I lying just because you say I am?

You should go back to school and drop in the bottom of your class. You might learn a little more.

Oh, and enter the class of ethics. It could help you show your ignorance better.

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 10:57

Not just me dumbyogi - read the comments about your lies. Oh I forgot you can't read!

By: Captain Nemo on 9/2/12 at 11:04

yogi is a liar and a cowardly racists

And yogi is still an liar and a coward

Stupid old lair and a coward, it was I that posted at 5:07. Do you really understand what you post. Thanks for proving me right! ha,ha,ha,ha.

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 11:50

You're obviously a brilliant man by your way of thinking, dumba$$. Hang in there and show your ignorance more every day..

By: yogiman on 9/2/12 at 11:53

Comments accusing someone of lies is not a fact that person is lying, bad f@rter repeating again. You should know what you're accusing them of and offer proof; which you don't.

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 12:12

yogifart, give it a rest! You have been shown as a liar, so many times, you only have about 1, possibly 2 people that relate to you.

By: bfra on 9/2/12 at 12:19

BTW there is an 84 yr. old guy, here at the lake, that is still sking and has very acute mentality of all current events. In discussion & showing him some of your comments, he thinks you are really just a senile old fool.

By: Captain Nemo on 9/2/12 at 12:22

yogi you are a liar and cowardly racists. Not much to say for your legacy, old boy.
