A few more Facts, bfra.

I'm sure you can challenge the courts. I presume you know Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have given their law licenses up. Do you know why they willingly gave them up?

1. Barack Obama surrendered his license back in 2008 in order to escape charges he lied on his bar application.
A "voluntary Surrender" is is something you can do when you've been accused of something and you "voluntarily surrender you license 5 seconds before the state suspends you.

2. Michelle Obama surrendered her law license in 1993 after a federal Judge gave her the choice between surrender or standing trial for Insurance fraud.

3. So, we have the first black President and First Lady - who don't actually have licenses to practice law.

4. A senior lecturer is one thing. A fully ranked law professor is another. Barack Obama was NOT a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago.

5. The University of Chicago released a statement in March 2008 saying Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) "served as a professor" in the law school - but that is a title. Obama, who taught courses in there part-time never held Professorship a spokesman for the school confirmed in 2008.

6. "He did not hold the title of Professor of Law", said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law.

7. The former Constitutional Senior Lecturer (Obama) cited the U.S. Constitution the other night during his State of the Union Address. Unfortunately, the quote he cited was from the Declaration of Independence... not the Constitution.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights. That among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

11. And this is the same guy that lectured the Supreme Court moments later in the same speech?

Captain, I believe the repeated postings of the same drivel, rants and raves by our resident octogenarian are indicative of advanced intermittent dementia. My mother, prior to passing away, presented with many of the same symptoms, recalling often with crystal clarity events from decades earlier, while being totally incapable of remembering the mornings activities.

The best tactic is to not upset their delusion allowing them to exist in their own private world, insulated from the realities or an ever changing world they cannot fathom.

It's hard for me to understand how a ex-serviceman can accept as their CIC someone whom they had never heard of before he went in office, and whom they've never learned who he is after he's gone in office.

Newsflash: we don't really care to be "cut 'n pasted" to death.
Now you've retreved info (iron clad, of course) that both Obama's gave up their law licenses before being jailed on fraud charges.
Next you'll move on from the Birther b.s. and say Obama's an excaped convict on the lam, hiding out from the FBI by becoming a US President.
No one said he was a full Prof at U-C, he was a full Prof at Harvard. Refute that.
You don't need a law license to teach. Just the J.D. Maybe even a B.S. in Anthropology would work. Like Mittens had the J.D but didn't practice law or teach.
Still, explain to me how 2 generations of Romney's born in Mexico are then "natural born US citizens" allowing Romney to run for US President? His dad and grandad can apply for citizenship, but in no way are they "naturalized US citizens".

You are right that Romney's grandparents and parents were not naturalized US citizens. His grandparents were American citizens. His father was a native born US citizen born in Mexico to American parents. He was a native born US citizen.

Romney's grandfather moved to Mexico but did not change his citizenship to become a Mexican citizen. He remained an American citizen. His father was born in Mexico to American parents. He was thus a native born US citizen. His father moved to the USA before he married his mother who was an American citizen. He was born in the USA to American parents. Thus he is a natural born citizen.

His parents and grandparents never had to become naturalized citizens. They were already American citizens being born as so. Only your parents must be American citizens for you to be a natural born citizen.

His father became governor of Michigan. You must be an American citizen to become the governor of any state in the USA, even a naturalized citizen such as Swartzinegger? of California can become the governor of a state. So what was brought to the public about Romney's citizenship when he ran for governor of Michigan?

Now, with all of your bitching about Romney's citizenship, what is your concern over Obama's citizenship? What nation is Barack Obama a citizen of? Why aren't you as concerned about his citizenship as he constantly refuses to show his Constitutional eligibility?

This election is going to determine what kind of nation the USA becomes. Will it remain the USA, or will it become the USSA?

Remember, the Electoral College voted Obama into office without assuring his natural born citizenship status in 2008, and the Senate approved their vote also without assuring his natural born citizenship status. Will they repeat that mistake again (or was that an intentional mistake)? Will any Secretary of any State require proof he is Constitutionally eligible to be placed on their State's ballot?

Has the communist party become so secure over the US enough to place their party in control? We're fixing to see.

Where are Ben Dover, Govseptic, Parnell etc.? Maybe the staleness of the board and the troll droppings have turned them off too. It is Labor Day, so the NCP staff should get the day off, IMO...but a new board will be very welcome.

Well, Captain, today is a Monday, so I will protest in Albion, as usual...3-4PM...like a weekly, blinking, beacon of hope, we try to illuminate the nature of our current wars and conflicts.....you know my signage: HOLY WARS SUCK.

My vanity plates for the Postal Jeep came in....US MULE. I'm going into town and buy a nice pair of license plate frames and then mount the new tags....at least that's my plan for today.

With those shiny new New York, the Empire State, vanity plates, the jeep may have to get a new paint job, just to keep up the image.....I may have to have some signage made for the 3 doors on the vehicle: CAUTION; CHICK MAGNET.....sounds incredible, but it's true....draws more smiles from the babes than anything I have ever driven or ridden.....no BS.

What movie? Obama 2016? The idea of a full-length hit job on a sitting POTUS, projected onto the big screens, with full Sound-around, across the fruited plain, is something new on the scene. The film's directer loathes Obama....worships the Israeli PM.....take it from there.

With that privilege come duty and responsibility. Observing the Terms Of Service, citing one's sources, being civil, giving a dead topic a decent burial and admitting it when proven wrong are just some of the duties, as I see it.

It seems you don't believe me but I should believe you (meaning your entire group). I have all of the evidence I need for my argument, but the only evidence I can remember you presenting was simply your posting on this site. We obviously don't agree on someone running for the Oval Office under the Constitution's requirements.

When all of the ridiculing crap started, who started it? Go back on my posts and I don't believe you will find it to be me. I did join it when it was started. As I said; you throw a stone at me and I'll throw a rock back at you.

So let's make a deal. We only have 64 days before the election (if we have one), so you stay off my back and I'll stay off of yours. OK?

To refresh your memory, My argument has been based on the Electoral College didn't affirm Obama's Constitutional qualifications to run for the office and the Senate also didn't affirm his Constitution qualification to approve their vote. Nor did any of the Secretaries of the States verify his legal eligibility to be placed on their ballots. So let's see what happens this time.

If he is required to prove his eligibility, the sh!t will hit the fan.

Well, it's a late night wrap-up...did my protest gig....just two of us today.....quality, not quantity., I suppose. I ran into an old girlfriend this afternoon.....dammit, but time flies.....she still looked good....gave me a hug....I stopped by a local gin mill on the return trip from Albion....I'm only human.

I don't fish much anymore...as for water skiing, I tried it a couple of times several decades ago....I sucked at it....I do cross-country ski on the frozen stuff, however. We normally have a lot of the frozen stuff around here most of the year...or so it seems.
