Following dozens of deaths in the Caribbean, Hurricane Sandy's expected landfall in the Northeast has already severely impacted the region with mass closures and transit service stoppages. How destructive do you think the overall impact will be to residents, infrastructure, the economy, etc.?
It will be a big one. I am in Durham N.E.r.d.
This storm along with a personal fear that Loner and that girly-man writing the
Friday editorials will cause me to change my mind and vote for Obama, I will
be at the polls early today to cast a pre-storm vote for his deserving opponent.
Let's hope that the coast is spared some and that the damage isn't that great. I'll be thinking about the people along the storms path.
Freak storm about to slam the Northeast and gov can only make lame political jokes...what a guy.
The other trolls will have to work for the title of dumbass of the day, gov is here to play.
You've already won that title, gdiafante. We'll have to run as follow ups.
gdi: I see your tracking devise is working today. What a creepy young fellow
you must be, but thanks for the coverage.
That's pretty lame, gov. It's an opinion page, shame on me for calling you out for your idiot thoughts...

Here, I'll throw you a bone...try and connect Fredric March's performance in Les Miserables to Obama...wait...
**Grabbing popcorn**
...You may begin.
FYI: this is a softball so I expect good things from you, gov.
Gdiafante .........I usually always enjoy but not always agree with your posts strictly because you are able to use the English language to your advantage without personal attacks of "dumbass and idiot". I hope the intellectually inability of the "Simple Six" is not contagious.
gdiafanti,
There's an article in Tennessee Eagle Forum you and your fellow Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama backers should read. It tells about hundreds of Islamist visits to the White House the past year.
Could it be because Barry, as a "fellow Christian" in the USA, trying to convert them to Christianity?

I'm sorry to disappoint you Raspy, but I call them like I see them. Not every situation is one that has to be connected to the President.
Well done gdia. The fringe right has seen the light.
The connections to President Obama is their knowing that their fears are in their heads. They see themselves as defeated.
It looks like my departure from Durham will be delayed because of wreaks on I-40. I suppose I will have breakfast and monitor the situation.
Kept up the good fight gdia.
Speaking of Loner.. I hope the storm has weaken to a breeze by the time it reaches you.
I don't know what kind of effect it could have had overall, but back in the early 50s a test was made during several hurricanes by flying planes through the eye of hurricanes and dropping dry ice and it killed the storm.
I never read any more about it after the test was finished. It was determined by the aerologists to be a will of God.

Rep. SleazeJarlais was poking more than one patient and toking weed as well.
Kosh III - All the repubs on here think that is OK, he is one of them, same ilk.
The H M S Bounty has been lost off the Carolina coast. Will the fringe blame this on Obama?
I'm head out now.
Almost forgot (flush)
Nemo - Have a safe trip!
You're just "speaking" for yourself because you can't tell the difference between the two parties, bfra.
I'll have no opinion until I hear from Jim Cantore.
(flush)
Are you washing your hair again, bfra?
(flush)
Don't worry about it govskeptic... they're just p*ssed that your vote for Romney is going to count twice and theirs for Obama won't count at all.
Have you Obama fans thought about January 20 as the inauguration day? It's on a Sunday, so Romney can't takeover until Martin Luther King's, Jr's day.
I'll bet Barry will be disappointed having to give HIS office up on Dr. King's day.
Ben should get more familiar with the voting process, then his comments wouldn't sound so stupid.
(flush)
How many times a day do you wash your hair, bfra? You better be careful; it's seeping into you brain a lot.
(flush)
Damn it's done hit heavy, bfra (bad f@rts repeating again). You're flushing your whole body down the commode now... brain (or lack of it) included.
Right Ben. That just tears me up...because my life centers around this election...I can think of nothing else...
Stop being a douche and pay attention, there's bad things happening right now.
It still amazes me how f'ing stupid these guys are...
Actually if the 10% margin for Romney in the state holds (which is most certainly will) bfra it's really more like 2.182 to 1 when you consider Tennessee gets the state bump of 2 electors over the 9 based on Tennessee's proportion of US population.
No... bad things happening is when the two ex Navy seals who jump in to try to save the Ambassador and his staff light up the enemy with coordinates and laser targeting and then the finger of God never comes down to destroy those terrorists.
It seems Obama finally got that 4am call and couldn't pull the trigger.
Good morning, Nashville.
Hurricane Sandy is bearing down on the East Coast and the NCP asks its posters: How destructive do you think the overall impact will be to residents, infrastructure, the economy, etc.?
I'm no meteorologist; I leave that stuff to the professionals.....apparently, this is going to be a "big one".....we shall see.
Wipe your ass with the Fox talking points, Ben. Millions of people and property are in danger with this storm. Get your head out of Romney's ass for five minutes and take a look around.
I hope that everyone who was told to evacuate did so.
Hard to decide which has the most inane comments, Ben or yogi!
Sorry, Ben, but President Obama nailed Osama Bin Laden....Obama made a tough decision...his entire legacy depended on the success or failure of the mission...Obama bet the farm and he won....President Obama has a proven track record of being able to make the big decisions.....Willard Romney has always evaded the big decisions, just like he evaded service in the US armed forces, evaded paying taxes, evaded big questions during the campaign...etc.....Darth Evader does not have the right stuff to be POTUS ...BHO does.
And yeah, I'm pissed, I have family and friends in the path of the storm, so to hear these local yahoos obsess over Obama over and over like some horny teenager masturbating over the school yearbook is sickening.
Here ended the rant (and begins the [click])
Loner - Take care! From what they are forecasting, that destruction could go several miles inland.
Be safe, Loner!
g, I hope your family weathers the storm ok.
Right with you gdiafante, I have friends & family in & around DC, Maryland & the Virginias. So heres wishing for safety for ALL..
A seventh grader would have know to pull the trigger when your consulate is under attack by Al Qaeda... and the 7th grader wouldn't have waited 6 months for Valerie Jarrett's permission before striking to take out bin Laden.
Forecasters said the combination of it with the storm from the west and the cold air from the Arctic could bring close to a foot of rain in places, a potentially lethal storm surge of 4 to 11 feet across much of the region, and punishing winds that could cause widespread power outages that last for days. The storm could also dump up to 2 feet of snow in Kentucky, North Carolina and West Virginia.

Another site said that there could be blizzard conditions as far west as West Virginia. In October????? YIKES.
The biggest danger to life and limb could come in the form of flying political lawn signs? In the "swing states", flying political lawn signs could present a real hazard to humanity....harpooned by a Romney & Ryan lawn sign - what a way to go.

Bush played for 8 yrs. & couldn't "pull the trigger" as yogi jr. says. But then he didn't want to rile his family friends, the Bin Ladens.
