Kagan was Obama's Solicitor General and she had a hand in crafting the law that she just ruled on...the GOP and the media should have demanded that she recuse....the 6-3 vote might have been a 5-3 vote, so her lack of ethics might not have mattered in this decision...but my opinion of Kagan has been reduced.

So, will Obama's poll numbers reflect his victory?

The Right-wingers will be returning cases of unopened champagne today....trying to get a refund.

Other than producer2.. most people cringe when hearing the word ''tax''. This is gonna be more expensive than LBJ's Great Society deal. There's not enough of the American population paying taxes to fund this.

I went in right after high school under President Carter. I know, what was I thinking!!! I was thinking I wanted to work on helicopter weapons systems!!!!!! But it got better under President Reagan!!!

Wonder of wonders, the kangaroo court upheld the ACA. I guess Roberts must've figured that one more ruling like Citizens United and he wouldn't have been safe on the streets.

Here's another one for them to jump me in favor our their Savior aka Barackj Obama.

It seems like Barry's campaign has recruited a legion of lawyers to be on standby for the November election.

Unless they are inclined to favor communism in the USA, they better wake up. Thousands of attorneys have agreed to aid in Obama's efforts in his takeover quest.

The fact that he was allowed to usurp that office under these posters favor shows their ignorance of the Constitutional requirements to that office.

"If your making less than $200k a year I will not raise your taxes one dime" Sen. Barack Hussein Obama. The Supreme court upheld Obamacare as a tax. The Supreme court just ruled that President Obama like Mayor Karl Dean are both liars. They both said they would not raise our taxes.
How convienient for the people to forget what Pres. Obama said, but Under Bush 1 the media went crazy when he raised taxes after this "read my lips, no new taxes.
Just goes to show once again that politicians republican and "demoncrat" are liars.

Oh. I long to return to my alma mater, Parnell...I'm still on a leave of absence for military service....not so much for the academics....just for the chance to maybe take an 8-man shell out for a cruise....I was a coxswain on the 8-man heavy weight crew squad for a short time...then I got too fat...and that's when I joined the Army....I can still button up my old fatigue shirt....just came back from an Army buddy reunion in MI...they all got quite fat....I used to hate being skinny...now I'm grateful.

Well, well. According to an email there will be a walkout during the contempt vote on Eric Holder in the House today. Who's going to walk out? The members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Is their decision to "walk out" racially motivated? Just wondering.

I'm also wondering what would be the reaction if a Congressional White Caucus
was created.

No, he didn't. The U.S. had been negotiating with Tehran through Algeria for months. Iran needed cash for the Iraq invasion, so we agreed to release several billion dollars worth of gold, but kept hitting snags due to language barriers (Iran spoke Persian, the Algerians spoke French). The public perceived that Reagan had them released because the Iranians waited until after he was inaugurated to let them go. But Carter had it setup.

I have known what the Congressional Black Caucus was long before you was born, gdiafarte. You can call it justified, rational or normal. I call it a continuation of segregation.

Why do they refuse to allow Rep. Cohen out of Memphis in their "club". After all, the vast majority of the people in the District he represents in Memphis are black Americans. Yet they willingly allow Rep West out of Florida who is the representative of a district where the majority of the of the people in that district are white Americans. Why? Simply because he's a black Representative?

What point did I miss, jvh2b, What the Congressional Black Caucus is? I'm sure you don't, but I consider them a racist group in Congress. If there was a "congressional group' that allowed only white congressmen in the group would be called a racist group.

Any group that confines their membership to one race is a racist group, be they black or white.
