Up for Debate: State flexes curfew muscle

Have state officials overstepped their bounds by enforcing an overnight curfew on Legislative Plaza or is the enforcement necessary?

I'm medicating myself right now, Brother Dargent. I ain't driving...a little Jack Daniels Honey goes a long way...the Lone One is not used to 70 proof product...I prefer more like 12% alc. by volume vino... my usual modus operandi...although a bit of port as a nightcap can help ameliorate one's human sufferings and ease one's anxiety....we all need some sort of palliative it seems.
