Are TSU's plans to play some games on campus next season a good idea or bad idea?

Serr8d, this one is for you:

By: BenDover on 12/15/11 at 8:28

@bfra 3:01- lol

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 8:31

And finally, for the homophobic anti-Semites out there:

Warning: the video is quite graphic...as well as comical, IMO.

By: BenDover on 12/15/11 at 8:34

Here's the source of serr8's prose, loner. He changed the names to protect the guilty though... just following the media's lead for the past 4+ years.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 8:35

For those who think that towel-headed camel jockeys are quite nuts, get a load of these mushroom-topped Jewish holymen as they celebrate:

Yeah, this helps explain the madness in Palestine...they're all nuts.

By: BenDover on 12/15/11 at 8:36

I asked a while back where Condi and Jeb were. They'd walk away with it because the focus would shift back to Obama's failures rather than this media circus they've built around the other contenders.

By: dargent7 on 12/15/11 at 8:41

To all those who will vote for Gingrich in 2012:
Ever think when he was married to wife #2 and chasing his staffer, Callista around the desk, she was a being whore?
Like the Edwards scandal that cost him everthing....
Everyone blames the man for cheating.
How about these 'hoes who know the guy is married, yet have un-priotected sex, knowing they're ovulating, eg., Raille Hunter. Oops! "I'm pregnant". "How'd that happen?" eg., Sarah Palin.
You Repubs want a 'hoe in the White House mascarading as First lady and a philandering, adulterous, cheating pig as Commander-in-Chief?
No doubt.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 8:46

Thanks, Ben for the explanation. Good to see you here this fine morning.

More royal family nostalgia, Ben? Jeb Bush as GOP-TP savior? You are pining for monarchy in America? Of all the families in the USA, the Bush family is most fit to lead this nation?

And Condi? You gotta be kidding. She was the token black female running around the Bush-Cheney campsite...Condi was in way over her head, as evidenced by the way she blew it in the weeks before the 9-11 attacks...she ignored warnings that Al Qaeda was planning to seize US airliners and use them as missiles....the good-looking dumb shit should have been fired on the spot...but her value as a token black female was too high for that...so they blamed Clinton, not Condi Rice, Bush's national security adviser, for the massive intelligence failures.

Please, no more incompetent tokens in the Executive Branch...thank you.

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 8:47

Speaking of hoes, where is the garden hoe?

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 8:50

Don't ask, Cap'n....you might jinx the place.

By: BenDover on 12/15/11 at 8:50

Everything looks clear in hind-sight Loner.

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 8:56

This place has been jinks for a long time anyway loner. lol

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 8:58

Good point, Ben, Condi's hind was quite the sight....it got Junior Bush, and the French Premiere all hot and bothered. She had that bouncy, jiggling, bubble-assed....booty..it drove Junior Bush nuts...he probably never got a sniff. She was working Bush, not the other way around? The frat boy was exploited by an ambitious, good-looking Negress?

Condi is just plain too stupid to be president of anything greater than a local big booty club....if her brains were only in her ass....she'd be a genius....sadly, that's not the case.

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 9:00

Ben if hindsight is so clear, then way do we make the same mistakes over and over?

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 9:09

Q: Why is George Bush giving tax cuts like Jim Jones giving Kool-Aid?

A: It tastes good but it'll kill you.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 9:24

The Dems folded...in order to keep payroll taxes from going up, when the Bush tax cuts expire, they agreed with the Republicans and let the millionaires off the hook; the Bush tax cuts for the super-rich will remain in place. Remember, both major political parties are on the take...often from the same special interest groups.. who hedge their bets and guarantee themselves a seat at the legislative banquet, regardless of who wins the "election".

So, here we have a case where the deficit is growing out of control, and both major parties are too timid to tell the American public that it's time to throw some more cash in the collection plate, to keep the lights and heat on.

Nobody dares to say it, but we need a combination of spending reductions and revenue increases, if we are to keep this nation financially afloat...doing one, without the other is not going to get the job done....somebody has to level with the American public.

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 9:43

Amen to that Loner. Amen!

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 9:46

Got to go now, Loner I leave this board to your capable talent and don’t let the yogi-bug bite. lol

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 9:49

Nobody wants to run for office as a crusader for tax increases, everybody who runs for office claims to be a crusader for spending reductions...but what to cut?

Using the "guns & butter" analogy, the right wants to reduce the "butter", the left wants to reduce the "guns". In truth, they both need to be brought into line with revenues...and the revenue base needs to be simultaneously expanded.

This is not rocket science...our leaders know all this, they are just too timid to take a stand for the general public...they are on the take. And it's gonna get a lot worse, real soon....the Citizens United decision has opened the financial floodgates on campaign "donations"....the deluge of special interest money may undermine the underpinnings of our experiment in republican democracy....the whole thing could collapse quickly.

Serr8d's dreadful post-apocalypse scenario might actually come to pass....the USA could become FUSA the Former United States of America....we are mimicking the last days of the USSR....too many expensive wars...too much corruption....too many lies....and the masses are growing frustrated with the failures....our money is worth less and professional zealots are fanning the flames of sedition....and the Republican Party offers us a secessionist-friendly candidate for the presidency...as Gdiafante says, we are circling the drain.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 9:50

See ya, Captain Nemo....keep the faith!

By: san r on 12/15/11 at 10:03

does all this dialogue mean that we should merge into agreement that T.S.U. should stop their dependency on oil, oops, i mean stop their elitist dependency on downtown soil and resume their proper place at their, once, beloved greer stadium?

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 10:19

Welcome to the board, san r on; I thought that was a URL. That's different, I'll grant you that.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 10:23

I'm dealing with that obsessed Israeli troll, Eric11210 at this time, here:

The guy uses the Disqus "follow" feature as a very effective trolling aid...I may have to opt out of the Disqus group, they claim that they can't get the troll off my back....like Facebook, all these posting platforms have their flaws....that's one reason that I love to post here....the NCP has it about right, IMO.

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 10:35

RE your 8:05 comment, Loner;

You should speak for your home state because you obviously don't know as much about Tennessee as I, and obviously serr8d knows. Different than you, I readily admit I don't know the minds of the South Carolinian's and Texans.

"Sounds" like a Barack Obama ego.

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 10:52

You're right on an incompetent token in the Executive Branch, Loner. Have you figured out who Barry is working for?

By: brrrrk on 12/15/11 at 11:09

Bet you're a big fan of the Turner Diaries, aren't you?

By: bfra on 12/15/11 at 11:15

I heard yogi has a pointed head, from wearing that tinfoil hat for so long. He walks around Gordonsville with a cap pistol & wooden sword handing out hate Obama literature & is knonw as the village idiot. yogi, you should know, people do talk!

I'd be careful talkin' smack about New York state if I were you. New York state has consistently paid more in Federal taxes than they've received in Federal funding, whereas Tennessee has consistently received more in Federal funding than they've paid in Federal taxes. Bottom line, New York is funding programs in Tennessee (as well as a lot of other "Red" states like Tennessee who don't pay their way)..... so much for Republicans being financially responsible. They talk the talk while sucking on Federal teat at the expense of other states.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 1:06

Thank you Brrrrk, I could not have said that any better...Bravo! (But I'll try anyway...?)

The Empire State has been blessed with a temperate climate, good soils, lots of natural resources and we are blessed with good people.

NY is the only state that has ports on both the Atlantic Ocean and on two Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence Seaway We share a border with Canada and the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Vermont.

We have the Erie Canal, still fully functional and being developed for bikeways etc. New York has been blessed with the Finger Lakes, the Hudson River, the Mohawk River, the St. Lawrence River, the Niagara River and of course, Niagara Falls.

New York has the Catskills and the Adirondacks.

We have a network of excellent roads, including the NYS Thruway I-90 and several other Interstate routes crossing the state.

New York is home to several Indian reservations and dozens of large wildlife refuge areas.

We have the Big Apple...from the Statue of Liberty to Broadway and Wall Street....Madison Ave, too.

We have some of the best universities in the world. We produce world-class wines, cheese and maple syrup....and apples, yes, we produce the world's finest.

Last but not least, we have three NFL teams from the Empire State and two Major League baseball teams hailing from New York.

Yes, I love my state....can you blame me?

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 1:18

Yogi asks, "Have you figured out who Barry is working for?"

Uh, Barry Manilow? I dunno, you tell me.

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 1:28

Considering your obvious admiration of New York, brrrrk, you could always move there. I'm sure Loner would love to have you as a neighbor and I'd be happy for you to go to the land of your love.

By: Kosh III on 12/15/11 at 1:37

"The Empire State has been blessed with a temperate climate"

Uh really? LOL. Seems like everytime I see something about weather there it's about the feet of snow that just buried Buffalo or NYC.
Maybe "mostly" temperate?

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 1:49

Try George Soros, Loner. I believe you might find him as Barry Soetoro's CEO. And I see the whole situation two ways, Loner.

I see you and your fellow posters on this site as one of two different types. You are either ignorant of the situation and what is being done to take our nation out of existence and place us in a communist nation situation... or you are well aware of it and in the program with them wholeheartedly.

That's just the facts Yogi..... And if you don't like the fact that Tennessee is beholden to the great blue demon states, then I suggest you tell your congressmen that Tennessee should no longer accept any more in Federal funding than it pays in Federal taxes. As they say, put up or shut up...... unless you're happy with Tennessee being a Federal welfare state.

Born: Newton Leroy McPherson.
He's adopted by his mother's 2nd husband and takes the Gingrich name.
Is he eligible for the office of President?
Born: Willard P. Romney in Detroit. Dad was born in Mexico, and is a Mexican.
Is he eligible for office of President?
Born: John Q. McCain in The Panama Canal Zone. Not on US soil.
Is he/ was he eligible for the office of President?
According to "yogi", adoptions, canal zones, father's being born in Mexico is A-OK, if you're "white".
Born: Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii from a Kansas white girl doesn't count in the scheme of things.

By: Loner on 12/15/11 at 2:18

Kosh, remember, New York state is actually the Canadian sub-tropics....compared with Siberia, New York is downright balmy.

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 3:34

I know you don't know me, so you don't know what you're "talking" about concerning me, but I can tell you; don't bring that 'race crap' into the picture regarding me. I care nothing about the President's race but I sure care about [who] the hell he is and his constitutional eligibility... which Barry Soetoro doesn't have.

I don't know what you studied in school (if you in fact went to college) but you sure flunked you classes on civics and if you honestly want to keep our country as it was given to us by our founders you had better take a deep loot at usurper Barry Soetoro and the people in congress that are helping him take our nation over.

I don't know how it has been voted on yet, (they're voting on it this afternoon) but are you aware of congress voting on the bills giving the government more control over you as a citizen?

By: bfra on 12/15/11 at 3:59

Nobody can accuse yogi of NOT having a 1 track mind, er dab of grey matter.

By: dargent7 on 12/15/11 at 5:43

"Yogi": Just answer the fu***kin' question.
I don't care about "civics classes", etc.
If Newt Gingrich was adopted by his mother's 2nd husband, and his real, given name was McPherson, is he legally availble to become a US President?
Take your time.

By: Captain Nemo on 12/15/11 at 6:07

Shut up yogi.

By: yogiman on 12/15/11 at 8:12

My apology, dargent7. I wrote an answer to your question but when I hit the 'send' button it went blank. I had to run to town so said to hell with it at the time.

Now.., you state Gingrich was adopted by his mother's 2nd husband. That, dargent7, would not matter unless his stepfather was not am American citizen and he gave up his American citizenship through adoption. Once you lose your natural born status, you cannot get it back.

You didn't say, but if his mother was an American citizen, and his father was an American citizen, he is a natural born American citizen.

In case you don't know it, if you have any interest, you don't have to be a natural born citizen to be a member of our legislature or governor of a state. A naturalized citizen is welcome to the those clubs.

dargent7, I would be glad to send you a nice pocket sized copy of our Constitution. If you will send me a self addressed, stamped envelope, I'd be glad to send you a copy. The envelope needs to be 41/2 by 61/2 to hold it. You don't need to put your name on the envelope, just an address for it to return to. You can even use a PO Box. I could care less, I'd just like for you to get an education for your arguments on the thing.
