One might make the case that the season opener loss to Pittsburgh had a connection to the towel mauling. There were likely several reminders in the Steelers' locker room. Such is intended to give a team a little extra incentive, and Pittsburgh eked out a victory. No doubt the players provided the cursing--nothing supernatural in that. However, the Titans' "preseason season" was less than stellar, and the Steelers did not have the look of last year's Superbowl Champions. Now to borrow an expression from boxing, the Titans have since apparently "thrown in the towel."

Next week is an off week and the way the season is going they may still lose next week.

Watching yesterday's game against the Patriots, I don't know if the medical condition the Titans have is a "Whammy", Code Blue, Code Red, DOA, or what.
If not for their stinky passing, catching, secondary, defense, special teams, and coaching, they kinda blended in the backround in that snow storm, looking as if they weren't there at all.

The towel incident, Ms. Foschia, was just to show that they would "mop up" the other team. A towel is just that. It's a towel. So no, the voodoo is not the towel. It's just that everything and everyone has a "season" and this ain't the Titans season. When PacMan was being bad and forgiven so much, they lost a lot. Then he left and they started winning. Wonder what the clog in the wheel is now?

Teams can be cursed...the Bills, for example, pay homage to a man that slaughtered hundreds of American Bison. Ralph Wilson should have sold the team after that 4th consecutive Super Bowl loss. The Bills did managed to beat the Jets in OT.

I like Bill Maher, but he does seem to be against anything and everything for the sake of being against anything and everything. His audience was not kind to him that night. And rightly so.
