Got milk… anymore?

Anyone else besides Tiger Woods hear that sucking sound? No, not that one but the financial devastation and worldwide acclaim going down the tubes. Mistress #6 just "lawyered up" and it's only midway through the second week. Other's are in hiding after this golf scandal exploded.

C.W. Clouse lamented last week, "It's just none of our business".  He was right at the time, referencing maybe one, denied affair. But now exposed is Tiger's appetitie for "birdies,"  "eagles,"  "three stroke penalties," and they aren't on the golf course.

From presidents to congressmen, senators and sports figures, it seems everyone is suseptible to either illegal drugs or salacious extramarital affairs.

I miss the days when I had Mickey Mantle or Willie Mays basball cards on my bicycle spokes and everyone just drank milk for refreshment.

house doesn't have a "Florida room", but he does have an Arkansas Razorbacks tattoo.
house also likes using "3rd person" perspective.

Here's another odd factoid that I picked up this weekend. We all think that the U.S. is the bastion of privatized medicine in the world. But the fact is that Japan (who, by the way, has universal health care for all their citizens) has more privately owned hospitals than there are privately owned hospitals in the U.S.......

Brrk, I watched a special on Japanese medical care. They said the Japanese citizens go to the doctor 3 times more than Americans. Also, the government severely and seriously monitors things like how many MRI's a doc gives. So if he/she gives too many, the gov-ment will cut them out, so the patients don't get the care they need if they need an MRI.

I still vote for American health care and the American way.

Whereas I stated a fact, I think what you're stating is a half truth. First of all, the cost of the Japanese health care system is a fraction of ours... and yet the Japanese are far healthier than we are.. some of it is cultural, but a lot of it is because they believe in preventative medicine. Remember the old adage? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? Secondly, cost is kept down because things are heavily monitored and because abuses of the system (which I think is what you're referring to) are kept to a minimum. No, not ALL MRI's are given... but then again, not ALL MRI's are needed.

As I understand it from the "street", When the Tiger Woods scandal finally comes to a close that there will be over 750 w--res that claim they had an "affair" with Mr.Woods. Of course there will be at least another 150 that will keep it to themselves. Married women, second cousins and the likes.
