Stop porn, keep free speech in public libraries

The Supreme Court has wisely decided that public libraries that use filtering devices on their computers may receive federal money for doing so.

The justices, in a 6-to-3 decision, upheld a federal law that ties federal aid to libraries that install such filtering software.

The debate over filtering information on the Internet has been long and hot.
