U.S. needs support in restoring post-war Iraq

It may be time to admit we need a better plan for rebuilding post-war Iraq because we seem to have a tiger by the tail that is quickly getting out of control.

So far, 50 soldiers have died after President Bush declared the war over. They have not been killed in any formal military engagement but by snipers and other shadowy Saddam Hussein loyalists. Jittery soldiers are trying to deal with anti-American demonstrations that grow by number and intensity daily. Soldiers are still wearing their heavy full battle gear in temperatures of over 110
