Viewpoints: 9/11 conspirators shouldn't be tried in federal court
U.S. Senator Bob Corker ( R-Tenn.) is cosponsoring bipartisan legislation to prevent the use of Justice Department funds to prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and the 9/11 conspirators in federal court. The legislation, sponsored by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) currently has 18 co-sponsors. Here are Sen. Corker's comments:
“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other al-Qaida terrorists should not be given the same rights as American citizens, and they should not be tried in a federal court.
“Congress responded to the 9/11 attacks by authorizing the use of military force and by developing a military commission system to detain enemy combatants and try those who violate the laws of war.
"Military commissions provide a fair standard of justice, reflect the true status of these terrorists according to U.S. and international law, and are the proper venue for the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks.”

pain - Haven't heard that one! But my all time favorite by Brooks & Dunn is "Boot Scootin Boogie" (sp not sure). They are both good but Dunn has a beautiful voice.

This is all a scam they will never be tried in civilian court because then they could talk and the last thing the goverment wants is for people to hear the truth.It is all a white wash and we know it.Puts it out there and lets the two parties fight it out and then they can wash it under the rug and say look we got the guy now lets all move on and be scared of the lasted staged event like the underware bomber.Yea it comes out in the detiort free press that the goverment lets him on the plane and he is working for them.I mean come on how stupid do they think we are.I know some of you who don't look into anything and only beleive what you are told will just be all on it and love being body scanned.Good for you but not me I will look at the facts.
