From swing and salsa to Beethoven and Brahms, the Nashville Symphony offers a promising calendar of concerts for 2001.

The 56-year-old performing arts organization launched its current concert series last May with shows featuring Ray Charles, Charlotte Church and Don McLean, as well as performances of renowned classical compositions.

The musically diverse lineup continues in 2001 with a full schedule of events that aim to appeal to a wider and younger audience but still manage to keep their regular patrons satisfied.
