Cultural Arts Center classes resume
The Village Cultural Arts Center had recently reopened at its new location, 1111 Foster Ave., and its facility is now open for after-school programs and evening cultural classes. The after-school program is for ages 5-15 with optional assistance transporting the children from their home to the facility for computer labs and other creative activities. Evening classes featuring African dance, drum and percussion, praise dance, hip-hop dance, costume making, holistic health forum, family support and nurturing classes are open for adults of all ages. Terry Karl Wendt will be signing The Early Days (Apple Books, $23.50) at Davis-Kidd tonight. His book goes behind the scenes of the life of a recording artist, revealing an insider
