You will never find more sweat in one room than you will after a class of piloga, a new fitness class developed by Nashville fitness trainer Kathy Moore.

Looking like a female pocket Hercules, Moore developed this hybrid specialty class by combining the strengthening poses of yoga with the hardcore midriff workout of pilates, another huge fitness craze in its own right.
