Leading off the list of new shows that should spark some interest this week is Que Sera, Sera, an evening of cabaret at the Darkhorse Theatre, 4610 Charlotte Ave. Starring Ginger Newman and Russell Davis, the show is a musical journey for all tastes. Newman has performed in Tennessee in shows like Evita, The Pirates of Penzance, and Oliver. Davies is a keyboardist of great ability with several CDs to his credit. Que Sera, Sera will show at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $10. For more information or reservations call 297-7113.

Continuing its successful run this weekend is A Chorus Line, which runs through Sept. 8 at the Boiler Room Theatre at the Factory in Franklin. Winner of the Tony Award for best musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, A Chorus Line is staged for 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $23 for adults, $19 for seniors and students, and $16 for children 12 and under. For more information call 794-7744.
