The Tennessee Titans’ season opener is two months away, yet Kenny Britt’s knees continue to give him trouble.

The club’s top receiver recently underwent another arthroscopic surgery, this time on his left knee, a Titans spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday. He’s had two arthroscopic knee surgeries since May. Last September, he tore his ACL and MCL in the third game of the season and underwent season-ending surgery.

Britt could be placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list to begin training camp, which starts on July 29 at Baptist Sports Park. The Titans open the season at Sept. 9 at home against the New England Patriots.

The 23-year-old, who was taken in the first round of the 2009 draft, has 101 career receptions for 1,765 yards and 15 touchdowns in 31 games. In 2011, he had 17 catches for 289 yards and three touchdowns before hurting his knee.

The Titans would be a joke were it not for the Buffalo franchise.

You are the joke, rasprump. I see you still don't post on the Tennessean website. Too much to be embarrassed about, huh?
