Eddie George will be on TVs nationwide this fall.

The former Tennessee Titans running back joins fellow former NFL player Joey Harrington and ex-ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews on Fox College Football Pregame Show, which will debut at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 before USC hosts Hawaii. Later in the season, the show will move to an earlier time to lead into afternoon games on the network.

The network formally announced the on-air lineup Wednesday.
The 38-year-old George has worked on TV before, serving as a studio analyst for the NFL Network. He also worked at Fox during the network’s coverage of the BCS championship games from 2007-09.

“We look for analysts who can break down the game while being entertaining at the same time and Eddie and Joey are the total package,” executive producer Eric Shanks said in a release on Wednesday. “Eddie is a terrific analyst using his knowledge and passion for college football to offer a unique perspective and it’s an honor to have him back in the FOX Sports family. The chemistry between Eddie, Joey and Erin sets this team apart. Fans are in for an entertaining and enlightening show on FOX every Saturday during the college football season.”

George was inducted into the College Football of Fame, honoring his record-breaking career at Ohio State, which included winning the Heisman Trophy in 1995. He spent nine years in the NFL before retiring in 2005 with 10,441 rushing yards to rank 23 rd in NFL history.
