Injured Titans crowding sideline

As the Tennessee Titans were going through special teams work on the far practice field, a group of seven Titans players were busy peddling on the exercise bikes, and the spinning sounds were loud enough to sound like box fans running.

Among the players peddling in the Tour de Titans Tuesday were defensive tackles Rien Long and Jesse Mahelona, defensive backs Donnie Nickey and Andre Woolfolk, receiver David Givens, tight end Ben Troupe and offensive lineman Mike Otto.

The Titans did get cornerback Reynaldo Hill back for individual work after he had missed several practices with a groin injury.

Also, cornerback Nick Harper was a spectator after still being numb from having a root canal performed.

On the practice field, the Titans made a few changes in the secondary with Calvin Lowry moving back to the top of the free safety rotation and Lamont Thompson running with the second group. Eric King and Kelly Herndon rotated with the first team in place of Harper.

The highlight of practice was a brief fracas between tackle David Stewart and defensive end Jermaine McElveen. It was a minor incident, but was the second time those two have battled each other, as they had an incident during OTAs earlier in the off-season.
