Pairings for this week's SEC Men's Basketball Tournament at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta:

First round

Thursday

Game 1: South Carolina vs. LSU, noon

Game 2: Auburn vs. Vanderbilt, 2:15 p.m.

Game 3: Alabama vs. Florida, 6:30 p.m.

Game 4: Georgia vs. Ole Miss, 8:45 p.m.

Second round

Friday

Game 5: Game 1 winner vs. Tennessee, noon

Game 6: Game 2 winner vs. Arkansas, 2:15 p.m.

Game 7: Game 3 winner vs. Mississippi State, 6:30 p.m.

Game 8: Game 4 winner vs. Kentucky, 8:45 p.m.

Semifinals

Saturday

Game 9: Game 5 winner vs. Game 6 winner, noon

Game 10: Game 7 winner vs. Game 8 winner, 2:15 p.m.

Finals

Sunday

Game 11: Game 9 winner vs. Game 10 winner, noon

Tennessee SHOULD waltz into the finals probably against Kentucky BUT this is the SEC tourney and upsets are the rule not the exception

I know this bracket is based on SEC East records, but it really sucks that Vanderbilt with such a great overall record doesn't get a first-round bye and teams with worse records like Kentucky, Arkansas and Miss. State do.
