Twelve current and former members of the Tennessee Titans will make appearances throughout Middle Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama as part of the team’s annual offseason caravan, the franchise announced Thursday.
Quarterbacks Matt Hasselbeck and Jake Locker, wide receiver Kenny Britt, tackle Michael Roos and coach Mike Munchak are among those who will participate. Players will appear individually or in groups of up to three at the 26 public appearances and 24 stops at schools throughout the region.
The caravan begins April 30 in Greenbrier and concludes May 11 at Brentwood. Area appearances also include Murfreesboro (May 4), Gallatin and Mt. Juliet (May 7) and Spring Hill (May 11).
All public stops are free to fans who wish to attend, collect autographs and take photos with the players.
The caravan began in 1998 as a grass roots effort to build fan support throughout the region after the franchise’s relocation from Houston. Since then it has made more than 700 stops, visited more than 300 schools and fostered direct interaction with an estimated 100,000-plus fans.
