Free agent defensive end Jason Babin was wrapping up his visit with the Tennessee Titans on Monday afternoon, but still had not received a contract offer from the club, according to a league source.
Babin, 29, is the first free agent visitor to the Titans this off-season, as the team seeks help at the defensive end position.
In the first hours of free agency on Friday morning, the Titans lost Kyle Vanden Bosch to the Detroit Lions, as he signed a four-year, $26 million deal.
Babin had 2.5 sacks as a backup end for the Philadelphia Eagles last year. Babin was originally the 27th overall pick in the 2004 draft by the Houston Texans in a pick acquired from the Titans. Since that time, he has also played for the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs.
