Sharks bite Predators

J.P. Dumont and Kevin Klein each scored for the Predators, but they couldn't stop San Jose from coming away with a 5-2 win at the Sommet Center Saturday night.

Chris Mason stopped 24 of 29 shots for Nashville, which has dropped two of its last three games.

Matt Carle and Steve Bernier each had a goal and an assist for the Sharks.
