Former Vanderbilt football players Cassen Jackson-Garrison and Richard Kovalcheck have been invited to NFL mini-camps this weekend but have not signed free-agent contracts.

Jackson-Garrison, who led the Commodores with 594 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns in 2007, will be in the Kansas Chiefs camp. Kovalcheck, who played sparingly at quarterback for two years at Vanderbilt after transferring from Arizona, will compete in the Cleveland Browns camp.

VU offensive tackle Brian Stamper is also scheduled to attend the Browns camp this weekend pending a physical examination of Thursday.
