JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Josh Scobee appeared to pull a muscle during pre-gme warm-ups for the Tennessee Titans Sunday.
Scobee threw his helmet, then limped off the field, while punter Adam Podlesh was left to practice field goal attempts and kickoffs before the game.
The Titans placed two cornerbacks and two wide receivers among their list of inactives for the game against Jacksonville.
Cornerback Reynaldo Hill, a starter for the past two seasons, was inactive along with newcomer Kelly Herndon, who signed with the Titans in June.
Other inactives included rookie wide receivers Biren Ealy and Paul Williams, defensive tackle Jesse Mahelona, injured tight end Casey Cramer, running back Chris Henry and guard Leroy Harris.
Inactives for the Jaguars included receiver Reggie Williams, running back LaBrandon Toefield, cornerback Aaron Glenn, linebacker Clint Ingram, center Brad Meester, tackle Richard Collier and defensive tackle Tony McDaniel.
Cortland Finnegan will start at cornerback instead of Michael Griffin, coach Jeff Fisher announced before the game.
