Kevin Stallings expects a big pay-off from his team’s trip to Australia, especially since the Vanderbilt men’s basketball coach paid to make it happen.

Stallings revealed to ESPN.com’s Andy Katz on Tuesday that he footed the bill – approximately $100,000 – for the team to make its 10-day trip to Australia after he was told by administration that the university did not have the money to fund it.

The Commodores have won the first two of five scheduled games during the exhibition tour, the latest a 102-82 triumph on Tuesday.
