Christina Foggie stayed hot and Jasmine Lister had a career-high night as No. 23 Vanderbilt stayed unbeaten.
Foggie scored 20 points for the fifth straight game and Lister had personal bests of six 3-pointers and 30 points, leading the Commodores to a 99-84 victory at Tennessee-Martin on Wednesday night.
Vanderbilt is 10-0 for the first time in seven years and just the third time in head coach Melanie Balcomb’s 10 seasons.
The Commodores never trailed and led 54-33 by halftime, thanks to a combined 33 points from Lister and Foggie. The sophomore backcourt duo was 13-of-22 from the field and a 14-of-14 from the line.
Lister converted on all 10 free-throw attempts — career-highs in both categories. Foggie added four 3-pointers and matched a personal best with eight assists.
Sophomore Stephanie Holzer had 13 points and eight rebounds and freshman Kady Schrann chipped in 12 points.
Jasmine Newsome had a game-high 28 points for UT-Martin (4-4).
Vanderbilt doesn’t return to the court until Dec. 18, when it travels to North Carolina State.
