Vanderbilt’s John Jenkins was unanimously named to his second straight All-SEC team. The junior guard led the league in scoring (19.9 ppg), was second in 3-point percentage (44.8) and propelled the Commodores to their first conference tournament title in more than 60 years.

He was joined on the squad by Kentucky freshmen Anthony Davis — the only other unanimous selection — and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and a pair of Mississippi State players, junior Arnett Moultrie and senior Dee Bost.

Davis was also named the SEC Newcomer of the Year and Player of the Year. John Calipari was named Coach of the Year for the second time in three seasons since he came to Lexington.

Vanderbilt senior Jeffery Taylor was named to the second team as was Tennessee freshman Jeronne Maymon.
