Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young practiced fully on Friday, a sign that he could get the nod when the Miami Dolphins visit LP Field on Sunday.

Young will be listed as questionable for the game, and said that pre-game warm-ups will be a determining factor in whether or not he makes the start for the 6-7 Titans against the 7-6 Dolphins in a game with playoff implications.

“That’s gonna be the biggest test, when I get out there on Sunday and run around in pre-game,” Young said. “I’m gonna wait till Sunday and see how I feel. I really haven’t run on it fully yet, but it felt pretty good today.”

Titans coach Jeff Fisher said the keys for Young between now and kickoff are that, “he can continue to heal and gain strength and move around in the pocket [on Sunday].”

Young suffered the injury in the second quarter of Sunday’s 47-7 trouncing of the St. Louis Rams and did not return. He did not practice on Wednesday and did limited work on Thursday. The quarterback also still is dealing with a knee problem on the same leg, something that cost him practice time last week.

Young has been doing plenty of rehab work on the hamstring, and said that the leg is not really sore, just five days after the injury.

“Not really. They’ve been doing a good job of keeping me in there rehabbing and getting that soreness out of there. That’s the biggest thing, icing and treatment,” Young said.

In addition to Young, other Titans battling injuries are trying to make their way back for the pivotal game on Sunday.

Defensive tackle Tony Brown missed a third straight day of work with a knee injury and will be questionable.

Center Kevin Mawae (back) was a full participant and is probable. Receiver Nate Washington (ankle) is questionable after limited practice Friday. Defensive end Eric Bakhtiari (concussion) is questionable, but practiced fully.

Linebacker David Thornton (shoulder) and tight end Craig Stevens (concussion) have missed practice all week and are doubtful.

Cornerback Cortland Finnegan did not practice Friday, but the day off was not injury related.
