Belle Meade, one of Nashville’s most affluent neighborhoods, will soon be home to a community of condominiums with prices ranging from $950,000 to $5.5 million per unit, developers announced Thursday.
The Manning at Belle Meade, a $60 million project led by a group including Richard Rhea, of Chartwell Properties, and LaRawn Scaife Rhea, includes 34 residences that will eventually boast services ranging from concierge care and a wellness center to formal gardens and unit terraces. Living spaces range in size from 1,800 to 6,000 square feet.
“The lifestyle that will be available at The Manning is unparalleled in this region,” said developer Richard Rhea in a statement Thursday.
Other amenities include a formal grand salon, loggia, private wine storage, event planning, British cabinetry, security systems, gated entries and private elevators.
The project will be located on Woodmont Boulevard near Harding Road. Construction is slated to begin in January 2008, and completion expected sometime in 2009.
Sales are set to begin in late July 2007 and will be handled by Traditions Management in conjunction with Steve Fridrich of Fridrich & Clark Realty.
The grounds and gardens are designed by Gavin Duke, a partner with Nashville’s Ben Page Associates. Architecture is by Houston-based Don Meeks of Meeks + Partners, and interiors are by Nashville’s Marjorie Feltus-Hawkins of Feltus|Hawkins Design.
