A Starbucks Coffee shop is slated to go into a space on the first floor of the SunTrust Center downtown.
City records show that Retail Builders Inc. has been issued a permit to conduct $200,000 worth of construction on approximately 1,200 square feet on the first floor of the SunTrust Center for a Starbucks Coffee shop and public restrooms. A representative for Starbucks said the company has not signed the lease yet.
Rob Lowe, a principal with Mission Properties that manages the SunTrust Center, said he is upbeat about the prospect of Starbucks moving in.
