Developer unveils plans for $55M condo tower

Nashville-based developer Tony Giarratana unveiled Thursday afternoon plans to construct a roughly $55 million condominium tower called The Viridian.

To be located at 415 Church St. next to the L&C Tower, the 31-story Viridian will contain 225 high-tech units and a six-level parking garage.

In addition, Giarratana said a key component will be a 6,000-square-foot H.G. Hill Urban Market grocery store, the first of its type in the central business district.
