As expected, defensive lineman Kevin Carter signed with the Miami Dolphins for a reported five-year, $30 million deal.
Carter, who along with agent Harold Lewis, had maintained that staying in Tennessee was his top priority even after being released in a salary cap move two weeks ago. Carter will play end in the Dolphins
