The Tennessee Titans continue adding to their roster in free agency with role players, signing unrestricted free agent linebacker Josh Stamer on Wednesday.
Stamer is a five-year veteran who has toiled mostly on special teams with the Bills in his career.
“Josh has been highly productive on special teams during his time with the Bills,” Titans general nanager Mike Reinfeldt said. “He’s an experienced player that will add competition to our linebacking corps.”
Stamer, 6-2, 236, has played in 70 games with 15 total tackles and one interception. He also has 90 special teams tackles in his career.
The Titans were in need of depth at linebacker as Gilbert Gardner signed with Detroit on Tuesday and Rich Scanlon is a free agent.
