Vanderbilt completed its first three-game Southeastern Conference road baseball sweep in 15 years with a 4-3 victory over Mississippi State on Sunday in Starkville, Miss.
The 19th-ranked Commodores also beat the Bulldogs 15-8 on Friday and 16-0 on Saturday.
VU has won five straight games and improved to 24-10 overall and 8-6 in Southeastern Conference play. MSU fell to14-21 and 3-12.
Vanderbilt pitchers allowed four hits Sunday, with Nick Christiani [4-1] picking up the victory. VU third baseman Pedro Alvarez hit his third home run of the season.
