Vince Young doesn't appear to be going anywhere but with the Tennessee Titans at least for 2009.
But a report from the Winnipeg Sun says that the Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts have added the Titans backup quarterback to their secret negotiation list for after the season.
That's when Young's salary cap number jumps to $14 million, which could force the Titans to release him or renegotiate with him.
Young's agent Major Adams told The City Paper on Tuesday that Young is not interested in being traded, and that he is of the mindset that he is ready to challenge Kerry Collins for the starting job.
Titans coach Jeff Fisher remains committed to the veteran Collins as the starter, and said that Young is working hard and is still the team's quarterback of the future.
Another interest twist to the matter is that the Argos are coached by former Titans assistant Bart Andrus, who had a somewhat undefined offensive assistant's role with Tennessee in 2008. Andrus was also the quarterbacks coach on the Titans 1999 Super Bowl team.
