The Tennessee Titans waived two players on Wednesday, which will get them at their 80-man training camp roster limit.
The Titans let go of offensive lineman Ryan Schmidt and defensive tackle Derrick Jones, who spent a portion of last season on the practice squad.
Those moves make room officially for Sen’Derrick Marks, their second-round defensive tackle, who agreed to terms on Tuesday and for first-round pick Kenny Britt, who remains unsigned, but should have a contract in time for him to not miss any training camp time.
Players are scheduled to report on Thursday with the first practice scheduled for Friday afternoon at 3:30.
