Michael Garrison, 23, is facing three different charges stemming from his early morning crash Tuesday on McEwen Drive near Carothers Parkway, police said.
Franklin Police say Garrison was under the influence, had an open alcoholic beverage in his vehicle and a semi-automatic handgun when he flipped his Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Garrison crawled out of the vehicle's sunroof. He was not hurt in the single-vehicle crash, police said.
Garrison was booked into the Williamson County Jail on charges of DUI, violation of implied consent and possession of a firearm while under the influence.
He was released on a $3,000 bond.
