A 14-year-old was found fatally shot Thursday afternoon in the relatively safe Salemtown neighborhood north of Germantown.
Police said a maintenance worker found the body of Vincent Lewis, of Lischey Avenue, around 3:15 p.m. outside an apartment building at 1611 Sixth Ave. N.
