Nashville Electric Service customers will be unable to discuss issues with customer relations advisers this weekend. The utility is again closing his call center for the weekend.
Although the call center will be closed, customers will still be able to call and report power outages (234-0000) and emergencies (911.)
This is the second consecutive weekend that NES has closed its call center. Crews will be replacing an air conditioning chiller that will result in no air conditioning at the facility. It could also include possible brief power outages in the building.
The NES call center will reopen Monday, Aug. 30.
