The case of 17-year-old Ray Bowman, accused of raping a 10-year-old girl, was moved to adult court last week as police investigate whether Bowman victimized others.
Metro police arrested Bowman in July, charging him with four counts of rape of a child and two counts of aggravated sexual battery. His case was transferred to adult criminal court Friday.
Bowman lived with his adult sister at the Audubon Park Apartments at 600 Whispering Hills Drive in south Nashville earlier this year. Police claim Bowman lured the 10-year-old girl to a wooded area on April 14 and sexually assaulted her.
In 2009, Bowman also lived at Hunters Pointe Apartments at 4601 Packard Drive.
Police ask any other potential victims of Bowman to contact them at 862-7540.
