The first day of early voting for the Nov. 2 General Election brought in 631 Davidson County voters, according to Elections Administrator Ray Barrett.
“It’s about what we expected,” Barrett said.
The 631-voter tally is up from the 470 voters who took part on the first day of voting in the August primary, he said.
More than 310,000 people are registered to vote in Davidson County.
Early voting runs through Oct. 28 at nine early voting sites across Davidson County.
They include: Davidson County Election Commission (800 Second Ave., S.), Belle Meade City Hall (4705 Harding Road), Bellevue Community Center (656 Colice Jeanne Road), Bordeaux Library (4000 Clarksville Pike), Edmondson Pike Library (5501 Edmondson Pike), Green Hills Library (3701 Benham Ave.), Hermitage Library (3700 James Kay Lane), Living Word Church (5380 Hickory Hollow Parkway), Madison Library (610 Gallatin Pike S.)
