Why isn't [Sen. Lamar] Alexander bringing up his own bill that would totally repeal the health care mandate? Why, with his tenure in the Senate, isn't he at least bringing up a whole string of bills that would repeal health care reform bit by bit?
Shouldn't Sen. Alexander himself be challenging the whole plan based on it not being constitutional?
