Glad to see Vince [Young] go. Hope he matures along the way. I hope [Jeff] Fisher stays. And please grab Andy Dalton [of TCU] while the pickings are good. This team always has had the talent and ability, but they have lost the meaning of the word “team.” They never got it together because they lacked a leader on the field. It hasn't been the quarterback, and there hasn't been a player to pick up the slack. I am ever hopeful for a better year next time.
