Police arrested a 20-year-old man and two juveniles early Thursday morning for allegedly “tagging” an Interstate 440 overpass with graffiti.
An officer reported finding Ellis Worstall, along with a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, on the Sharondale Drive bridge at 3:30 a.m. with fresh paint and black permanent marker “tags” nearby.
The 15-year-old allegedly had a backpack with cans of spray paint matching the colors of the graffiti on the bridge.
According to police, Worstall was also charged last August with spray painting graffiti on a 20th Avenue South business. On Thursday, he was charged with underage alcohol consumption, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The two teens face Juvenile Court charges of vandalism and violating the juvenile curfew.
