On Wednesday, U.S. Marshals in Fayetteville, N.C., arrested the man wanted by police in Nashville for the alleged rape of a child.
Verice Cloyd, 26, was in a Fayetteville jail Wednesday afternoon, according to Metro police. He was named in an arrest warrant last month that charged him with luring a 12-year-old girl into a Whites Creek Pike apartment and having sex with her.
