Police arrested two suspects — Duol Wal, 21, and a 15-year-old male — Monday in South Nashville after they allegedly robbed and abducted two men — and forced them to perform sex acts on each other.
SWAT officers and South Precinct detectives arrested Wal and the juvenile, but two additional persons are wanted in connection with the case. Police named Yangreek Wal, Duol Wal’s brother, as the third suspect, but detectives have yet to locate him.
The two suspects under arrest were charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated rape.
The two victims were walking to an apartment near Hickory Hollow Mall early on Saturday morning when they were attacked and kidnapped. The suspects allegedly drove the victims to different ATMs and withdrew money from their accounts.
Shortly after 5 a.m., the victims were forced to strip their clothes off and were abandoned on Franklin Limestone Road. The victims were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and released by Sunday.
Police are still seeking information about the whereabouts of 18-year-old Yangreek Wal and are encouraging anyone with information to call the Emergency Communications Center at 862-8600 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
Detectives are also working to identify a fourth suspect believed to be involved.
